“This place is one of the best places in San Dimas and surrounding areas. I highly very highly recommend this place when you are craving some delicious Thai food. My favorite is the beef pad see ew, the chicken pad thai, and the Hawaiian fried rice with shrimp. Been coming here for many years and its always consistently good. Do yourself a favor and check this place out..you will not be disappointed.“
“Taste of Asia inside Suncoast CasinoPleasantly surprised. Good food and service. They have happy hour $5 on selected drinks and appetizers. We got the popcorn chicken. We can't stop munching on these.Tried the siomai and pork buns - also good. Everything so tasty and flavors on point. The chow fun has a good amt of beef so tender. The wonton noodle soup is huge and good for sharing. Wonton loaded with shrimpSeveral people came in to check on us. Tried this place despite the mixed reviews. Glad we gave it a try.We will be back. I recommend this place“
“Honestly, this place is amazing, the people of this establishment are some of the most sweetest people! i would eat here just for the service alone, they make you feel like family and that you are so important to them. everything about my experience here was so genuine and i left feeling so loved. The plus side of this is that their food is delicious! i had the drunken rice with chicken, ive always had the noodles never had rice this style but i loved every bit! i will definitely be returning, thank you so much for your wonderful service and pure hearts, you really made my day.“
“Beautiful decor, above and beyond service and some of the best Thai food I've had, for sure!I ordered the seafood Tom Kha, two egg rolls and a whole coconut. Everything was piping hot! (Except the coconut of course lol.) The egg rolls were nicely crispy and had a good flavor and nice dipping sauce. I asked for the soup to be mild-to-medium spicy and it came out perfectly spicy! It had the perfect balance of creamy, sour, sweet and spicy elements, which complexity of flavors Thai cuisine is so famous for. The seafood was all cooked perfectly, very tender and not even a bit tough or rubbery. And the coconut was great too! Just your typical Thai coconut.Overall definitely in my top 3 Thai restaurants I've ever been to (out of at least around 50).“
“Sanamluang Cafe is the one restaurant I'll always love coming back to.I've always made it a point to visit this charming restaurant every time I'm in the area, and even after many years, the quality of the food and service has always stayed top tier.My personal favourite and go-to is the Beef Tendon & Stew Soup. The soup consists of a harmonious blend of flavours and textures. The Pad Thai, Pork Spareribs, Roast Duck, and Tom-Kha-Kai are delicious must-tries as well. The chefs put in effort to make the dishes visually appealing, while appealing to the tastebuds.Additional noteworthy features are that regardless of how busy the restaurant is, the servers and staff are always polite, cordial, and attentive to their customers. I also appreciate the fact that the restaurant uses real Thai Tea and real fruits for their slushies.I hold Sanamluang Cafe to the highest regard, and I absolutely look forward to returning here upon my next visit in town.“
“I love cravings, but it's sad to see this place is dying. Not many people visiting and many shops closing down. Still, it's a nice looking place to eat. I've been here twice and had the pad thai and Kra-Pow bowl. Both of these were pretty tasty, I have no complaints with them, but I was looking for something a little more unique. Nonetheless I left satisfied with my meal. The service was pretty fast, maybe a 10 minute wait if that.“
“A gem of a place!!! Thai food here is delicious!! The atmosphere is clean, cozy, and airy. Service is detail oriented, polite, and organized. It can get busy around dinner time. Expect a wait of 30++ minutes. To me, food was well worth it.Papaya salad was perfectly seasoned and tasted fresh. Tom yum soup hot hit the spot ?. Pan friend clear noodles were loaded w veggies. This will be in my repeat restaurant list for sure!“
“A small neighborhood "gem," with the tastiest Thai food. The menu offers a wide range of food(s) and beverage. The food is prepared meticulously with very fresh ingredients and food presentation is impressive. We ordered many dishes and shared family style, to sample the various flavor nuances to each dish -- All were delicious. Very affordable, with prices ranging from $9.00-$25.00 per dish“
“We ordered takeout. Was still sceptical but the food is actually very good! What's better, we asked for less oil so it wasn't greasy and they honored that. Try it out. Added the recent menu for you, as I realized it was hard to find online and on G-Maps.“
“The Tom Kha Vegetable - Tofu soup (made special without fish sauce) was very hearty and fresh tasting and tasty. I don't think we've ever had so many veggies and tofu cubes in soup like this from any other Thai restaurant. Perfect. The Thai iced tea was way too sweet for us, but they gladly split the drink and diluted each with black tea 50%. The result was much better. The mango rice was ok. The rice felt too old or too much cream, I dunno. The actual interior table seating is good only for small groups. It feels like a neighborhood little hole-in-the-wall locals' eatery. It'd be nicer if the patrons could see more info the kitchen area and the chef doing her magic instead of the view being blocked by the posters on the acrylic divider.“
“The employee is so nice and friendly and just walking in it smells so delicious. We order pad Thai with beef and spicy garlic chicken. The food is so delicious and we will be coming back.Vegetarian options: There were a few vegetarian options on the menu.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs available.Wheelchair accessibility: Adequate space to enter and at each table for access.“
“Nice little place. Great food generous portions and friendly staff. Was invited by family and was not disappointed. Would definitely be on my list of places to go in the area when there. Yummy.Dietary restrictions: Easily accomidated dairy and mostly vegetarian group members without disappointing the meat eaters :)“
“My wife and I were passing through town and wanted to have a nice lunch. We found Tho One Thai Eatery. Fantastic food. My wife had the Pad Thai and loved it. I had Yellow curry, it was fantastic. The fried rice with sausage and shrimp was amazing as well. To bad we don't live closer.“
“Excellent Thai food in a strip mall setting. Very ornate cute interior. Clean dining room. The front of house lady (maybe owner) was so so friendly and welcoming. Pad see ew with chicken and their home made coconut ice cream. Fantastic. Ordered take out around 3pm Sunday and the food was ready quickly and was piping hot. 10/10! Will be back:)“
“Tasty Thai food. Hubby was craving some Pad Thai and I found this spot on google. Restaurant is clean, small and in the corner of a shopping plaza. Seems like they do more to-go orders vs dine in. We go the Pad Thai and Garlic Chicken lunch meals. Yummy. Would come back again. ?“
“I came here for lunch during a day of work in the area. I am always concerned when I note the crowd is light at high noon. There were three tables filled. Maybe the evening crowd is larger? I ordered tofu cashew stir fry lunch special (see pic). It was nicely plated and the portion was sufficient. The ambiance was clean, A in the window, furniture is a bit of a mish mash. The gentleman serving was polite and attentive. He did not ask me about spice level. The dish was not the least bit spicy. I asked for chili sauce which made it better. My ratings are always heavily weighted to food. This place is a solid 4. I would be happy to return on my next visit to the area.“
“First time here got a welcome greeting byServerThe ambiance feeling in Thailandclean and comfortable not to loud or crowded with a lot peopleTable Set up properly with table cloths and utensilsFood Thai favor I have spicy catfish andTom sap for myselfHighly recommended“
“This place has become one of my favorite places for Thai BBQ. The food is amazing and the staff is friendly plus the prices are fair. I live a couple blocks away so I usually take out but the restaurant is always clean and the atmosphere is chill. 5 stars. Highly recommend.“
“I usually don’t write reviews but this place was so good! It may be pricier but it’s because the food is so good! The curry had the perfect amount of sweetness and spiciness. The orange chicken was crispy and spicy and the drunken noodles were exceptional. Everything was a 10/10“
“Honestly I hardly come on yelp and I don't know why I haven't written a review before. I've been coming to this place since I moved to the area back in 2009. I'm still highly impressed. I still can't find a better place anywhere around the surrounding cities that has the BEST drunken Noodles - and trust my when I tell you I've been to EVERY Thai place in West Covina, Covina, Glendora, Azusa and San Dimas. My absolute favorite is chicken drunken noodles. Their fried rice is phenomenal!! The basil in it taste so delicious but the flavour of the rice is best in around these cities too. Their soups, satays. Pad Thais, everything is extremely flavorful! MyGo to is drunken noodles, fried rice and Tom yum!!“
“Really nice Thai food here,so authentic, feels like we were back in Thailand enjoying the yummy food there. We tried the green curry, fried rice and a noodle with soup.Once I started tasting the food I told my husband that we must comeback again .“
“I had heard about the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The staff is friendly and wants to make sure everything is perfect. The food is outstanding and portions are large. Each time I have gone I brought home leftovers. They will make it as spicy as you like.. or just a little. The price is right for the quality and quantity of food. If you go once you will probably become a regular. Enjoy!“
“I've been coming here for 30+ years. I used to come so often that they would know me just from my order since I always ordered the same thing. For a brief period I didn't come here because they had changed up their menu and didn't offer Satay Chicken lunch specials anymore. But looks like they recently changed owners and I'm happy to say that the Satay Chicken Lunch and Dinner specials are back. Even better, the satay chicken is even more delicious and juicier than before. Service is great and the new owners are very friendly and welcoming.“
“Fantastic Thai Food!Siamese Restaurant in La Verne is a must-try for Thai food lovers! Their Chicken Yellow Curry is packed with flavor, and the tender chicken pairs perfectly with the creamy sauce. The Shrimp Red Curry is equally delicious, with plump shrimp and a delightful balance of sweet and spicy flavors. The portions are generous, and the staff is friendly. For delicious Thai cuisine in La Verne, Siamese Restaurant is the place to go!“
“We took a new member of our team out for a welcome lunch. We needed a place that was large enough to accommodate 11 people without having to wait too long. We were seated right away. The atmosphere was nice with Thai decor and many images of "Lucky Elephants". They have weekday lunch specials that include soup, egg roll, rice (except for noodle dishes) and your lunch entrees. The green curry is my favorite with coconut milk, pork and bamboo shoots. We also got some coconut ice cream desert which was a great way to end the meal.“
