Very convenient location with friendly and fast service. Reasonable portions. Slightly overpriced in my opinion for the foods served - about $26 before tip for a standard bowl and regular vietnamese iced coffee.
A convenient and quick spot to pick up a lunch in downtown SF. Food (3.5/5): nothing special on food quality, but a couple of items here are good if you know what to order - I like the lemongrass pork sandwich, pork belly sandwich, and sweet potato fries. All for a cheap price considering SF Service (4/5): food generally comes fast and they offer a great pickup service Ambiance (4/5): lots of seating generally and the inside is basic but clean

The catfish banh mi peaked my interest, and since it is a chain I went in with skepticism, but it went well above my expectations. The fish was flaky and moist, and the baguette did not sand-paper my mouth. Of course I had to grab an iced coffee on the side. A tad on the sweeter side, but not unbearable. Overall it is a notch more expensive for banh mi, but not many places have catfish banh mi (that I've seen) so would come again!
