Hidden gem is absolutely the phrase for this place. Used yelp to find it after doing some touristy things with the kids. Two delicious monkey smoothies for the kids, an acai bowl for my wife which she said was fantastic. Also shared a clam chowder bread bowl which was great (and we are from Boston) and a turkey avocado sandwich on some amazing bread

I live in the east bay and this is my "go to" for an acai bowl!!!!! Big enough to share(I don't/won't)!!!! Good prices especially for the area! The almond butter...heavenly!!! Its so yummy ðŸ˜‹. Great service and staff. I'm thankful to have found Get Fresh!!!! Highly recommended

I absolutely love this place!! Been looking for a good acai bowl for a few years now...I believe what sets this bowl apart from others is the acai puree isn't blendered to death lol and the almond us to die for!! This is THE BEST I've ever had and I lived in Santa Cruz area for awhile!! I live in east oakland and I either take Bart or the ferry just to try to get here once a week for a bowl! Also,hats off to Sal for having excellent customer service and seems to be an all around...read full review
