Great little sushi train spot. Not a large selection on the menu. The price was a bit higher than I’m used to but everything was fresh and delicious.

The sushi, gyoza, and katsu are well-made and of good quality, with the fish exceeding expectations. The place has a nice ambiance and is located in the heart of Japantown in San Francisco. Customers can order through a screen on the tables, and the staff is generally very friendly. The "train" service or robot delivery is especially entertaining for kids. While the red button that rings when food arrives can be a bit annoying, and service may sometimes be mishandled, Hikari Bullet Train Sushi & Bar remains a fun spot to enjoy Japanese food with a lively atmosphere.
