I'd wanted to try Lucinda's for a while, since it's known as one of the best sandwiches in the city and a must-eat in Alamo Square. It was definitely worth the 40-minute wait, but my advice is to not come as hungry as I did at 12 p.m. The shop is in the ground floor of the one of the Victorian buildings right next to the park. It's kind of cute how everyone spreads out along the street waiting for their sandwiches, and we did the same.

Genuinely the best sandwiches in the world❤
Holy smokes. One of the best sandwiches I’ve had in SF. The toasted ones are incredible, especially the pastrami. Go up to Alamo square to enjoy it.
