“Friendly, conscientiousness service. The staff is always hustling even while interacting with customers. Store and store front are always well kept. Outdoor seating is sparse but much more peaceful than their competitors across the street. Ashly runs a great business catering to our part of town. Thanks“
“The employees are friendly and helpful, and fun to talk with. Generally, drinks are on point. However, today I made the mistake of not checking my drink before leaving with it. Unfortunately, instead of the solo dirty chai I ordered, I received a grande latte with a single shot of espresso, no chai. Basically a cup of warm milk. Yuck. But I didn’t check, so partially on me. Check your drinks, folks!“
“It's a hit or miss with this Starbucks just the inconsistency in beverage production and customer service. I once waited no joke 40 min on a mobile order. Baristas were making drinks from customers who had just walked in. Had several people waiting and sometimes they're great! The drinks are watery at times cold foam is not even foam. I rather wait for a good well-made drink than rush it and have a sloppy drink. Starbucks please change your ice back that was the worst change you have done.“
