“Drinks and coffees are good. Thr food is delicious as well. When it comes to service, it's a hit or miss, sometimes we get a cold person who for some reason is there but not there and sometimes we get the loveable person who treats us like we are welcomed. Thank you to them.“
“The employees are friendly and helpful, and fun to talk with. Generally, drinks are on point. However, today I made the mistake of not checking my drink before leaving with it. Unfortunately, instead of the solo dirty chai I ordered, I received a grande latte with a single shot of espresso, no chai. Basically a cup of warm milk. Yuck. But I didn’t check, so partially on me. Check your drinks, folks!“
“It's a hit or miss with this Starbucks just the inconsistency in beverage production and customer service. I once waited no joke 40 min on a mobile order. Baristas were making drinks from customers who had just walked in. Had several people waiting and sometimes they're great! The drinks are watery at times cold foam is not even foam. I rather wait for a good well-made drink than rush it and have a sloppy drink. Starbucks please change your ice back that was the worst change you have done.“
