After I went 3 times during the business hours and it was closed, I made it for the forth visit.
Bot Chien Khoai Mon is good and the staff is friendly.

Better than my moms version since it’s real bot rather than pho rolls! Super good, cronchy and the sauce is buildable :) good try and addition in the plaza!
Bột chiên is a classic Vietnamese staple—crispy, chewy, and perfectly eggy—and this restaurant makes it so well! I’m so happy they opened here in Lion Plaza. The food is incredible, and the staff are all genuinely friendly and welcoming.
