Sooooo good!The best birria I've had in such a long time.I usually don't eat at food trucks but it was really worth the try.It's definitely a once in a while kind of meal though, but I'll definitely be back!
I don't know how to feel. First off, I ordered birria keto tacos (not pictured). They didn't even look like tacos and the cheese was incredibly burnt. I've had keto birria tacos from other places and they were amazing, so I was pretty disappointed when I tried the ones here.The birria tacos were decent, but the birria ramen was the best item we ordered.I will say the aguas frescas were a disappointment.
