I have been going to this place since the 1970s. It all started on McKee Road in East San Jose. I have pretty much been going periodically ever since then. I don’t expect much from happy house and they usually deliver just about what I expect. The food off of the menu is predictable and pretty good not too expensive. I've been searching for better Teriyaki ever since leaving this city long ago, and I've simply never found it. Happi House simply has the best Teriyaki I've experienced, and this has been one of my favorite foods for the majority of my life. If you haven't tried it, I highly, highly recommend you stop by! I've gone so far as to call them and have their sauce shipped to me... it's just crazy good stuff!
