McDonald's in San Jose

“When I stepped into McDonald's for the first time in the United States, I naturally felt a familiar, warm and friendly feeling.
I ordered ice cream out of habit, but it didn't seem as rich as in China. It only costs US$4.00 per ice cream, which is way too high, but it doesn't charge a tip and provides seats and a bright, spacious and comfortable environment. It's still worth it.“

“I really like this McDonald's,. The food is prepared correctly, it is clean and the staff is excellent. Unfortunately it is the must EXPENSIVE McDonald's in the area. The Sausage & Egg McMuffin is now $5.49. About $2 more in less than 2-years and simply too expensive. I respect their choice to raise prices, just as I'm sure they'll respect mine to go elsewhere.“

“Parking: Perfectly placed within a vacant lot inside a plaza that allows for nearly unlimited parking for all vehicle sizes and more.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly with an extended menu accommodating all of their dietary needs whatever they may be, McDonald’s has you covered.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility and handicapped parking available at all times.“

“My experience here has always been a good one. The place is busy on some days and then on others not so busy. Overall, a great place to eat if you have a credit card bonus

Parking: Depending on the day, parking here can be hectic but on other days the parking is fairly easy to find a space.“

“Ive been to MANY mcdonald’s; different cities, states, and countries. This has been by far the best drive thru experience I’ve had. Line was out the street but it moved fairly quickly. Food was fresh and warm. The attendant repeated my order as it was handed to me ti ensure everything was in there. I will definitely be coming here more often when in the area.“

“HORTE always greets me warmly whenever I visit, going out of her way to make me feel welcome. She even takes the time to say hi to my son, who is on the autism spectrum, which means so much to me as a parent. Her kindness and attention to detail create such a positive and inclusive atmosphere. :)

“I've been to this McDonald's for years but had a near decade hiatus and have been back twice after that break. My wife can order ahead of time and I can easily drive and park and the food is run out to me which is nice considering I don't feel like taking two small kids out of their car seats. Order accuracy 100%. Food quality 100%. I put 3 stars because of the homeless guy who appeared dead at the bus stop out front. For whatever reason weirdos aggregate outfront of this location. I'll never take my kids inside here though I think it's very nice inside. Nothing McDonald's can do about the surrounding destitute California homeless population. Sad. Nice McDonald's though if you can look past this issue. Obviously run by professionals and it shows“

“I love this McDonalds! I eat here every day, and the service is exceptional. I met this one worker, and we got married two years ago. (Love you, Tyson!) However, I had to fight a rat over my McChicken a few years back. I'm glad they improved. Thank you, McDonalds huzz.“

“This McDonald’s is clean and fairly quick. They have a drive thru which I’ve used countless times. And both indoor and outdoor seating. You can order either at the sell serve kiosks or at the counter with an attendant. It’s convenient and what can I say, I really like their food.“

“Frequently visit this location via drive thru for a large soda or coffee with fries, and sometimes a mcchicken. At night time it is primarily run by the same guy and he gets the orders moving faster than other McDonald’s with small-staff nighttime crews. More often than not my orders are fulfilling & made correctly unlike other McDonald’s where fries are cold, burnt, &/or overdone. I use the app to get discounts because at the moment prices are approximately as follows:Large soda: $1.41Large iced coffee: $3.15Large fries: $4.25Mcchicken: $3.20“

“First time here and I ordered mobile and went through the driveway to pick up my ice coffee. Both cashiers were helpful and nice.

Parking: It’s a nice size parking space but if it ever got full, there’s parking on the streets.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love McDonald’s. Enough said lol!

“This is a fabulous McDonald's world-class customer service dined in great people around me I even spoke to a gentleman that was reading a newspaper which is very rare learned quite a bit about him and how technology really is not for him I told him absolutely I agree with you as technology has made people not very smart relying on the tech companies which all they do is promote propaganda for the government that should not be and he agreed great atmosphere plenty of parking even during lunch time“

“Just not having a password to use the bathroom and it being clean, I liked it, lol, but the place is very quiet, I went on a Tuesday at lunch time, nice place, I liked it, it's different from most, the place In fact, it is a little different from the standard of other MC stores.“

“This McDonald’s is fine overall but has some issues. The service is pretty slow if you’re ordering curbside. I think there are too many customers who actually walk into the store compared to the staff they need to service both inside and outside. They also said nothing about some guy displaying a racist and inflammatory flag in the parking lot.“

“I went to Eastridge to go shop. McDonald's was in the food court. I just love their hamburgers ? and French fries ? they are so delicious ?. I just love that they have a glass covering between us and them. The mall is so clean and they sanitized it after you finish eating. That really makes me feel good. My name is MARY.“

“I was notified by somebody from McDonald's I assume a regional manager or manager and told me they would improve the conditions at this McDonald's but they did not does McDonald's is still get old they don't clean their floors it's greasy wipe down the tables which are filthy they are so lazy here if they can't keep the dining room looking clean imagine how the food is“

The Mama's can tell when I'm having a rough day and even just their knowing look takes the weight off a moment and my kids have favorite associates at this location that they always get exicted to say hello to :)“

Parking: 5 or so designated curbside spots then there's about 20 to 25 regular spots and 2 handicapped spots with ramp nearest door.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and single level with wide doors.and wide single person bathrooms with room and rails for easy access“

“This is the only mcdonalds we can get to withing 20 minutes, so we frequent it. I say this simply because it's mcdonalds and we have a large family.

McDonalds food SHOULD be pretty standard anywhere u go. This location does great with the quality (save for a few incidents) but the employees are ALWAYS new, and the orders are ALWAYS wrong or incomplete. It's frustrating.

Oh yeah. As I mentioned, it's the only thing around for a ways so it's always busy. Be prepared to wait.“

“Well, I don't eat here any more but this corporation has made it clear it backs, and is aligned with, a politician who has stated many time that he will send the US military after anyone he doesn't like. So I feel I'd better leave a good review or I might wake up one morning and find a US Army tank on my front lawn, taking aim. So if you agree with this politician and with idea that McDonald's should support extremist politicians, eat here. If not, don't.“

“Got a mcdouble and a mcchicken. Threw those together and made a mcgang bang and man, it sure was delicious. I was starving that day, which is probably why it was so tasty, but I will mention the food was actually hot and fresh. Customer service wasn't very talkative but hey! You can't always get whatchya want lol“

“They maintain the original flavor, but not the burgers' former size. The service has improved with attention to detail, and the facilities are very clean, comfortable, and new, with friendly, attentive, and efficient employees.

“Placed order on app with p/u at counter and Walked in to wait. I customized my burger, so expected a wait, but 8-10 orders were called and mine was still sitting behind counter. When a dad custom ordered same item I did @5 minutes after I placed my order and got his I was wondering what happened. Finally order was called as if it had been called multiple times and I hadn't been there - while I had been watching the bag the whole time.
No real apology from rep. Fries were cold tho burger was still warm - ish.
Also this McDonald's has excess AC on and it's really cold in there, so I sat outside.
Definitely not my best McD's experience. :(“
