McDonald's in San Jose

“Not gonna lie: I love McDonalds. They have researched the correct ingredients, temperature, texture, size, and color for each product. They sell the same thing at every McDonald’s. It always tastes the same and I’m always happy I went there. Ba da da da da.“

“As a frequent customer at this MCDO location, I can 100% confirm that the service they provide is beyond my expectations.

When I do get a bit busy, I usually order online so I can pick up my order. The speed that they make my order is so fast.

By the time I reach the counter, it's hot and ready for my eager consumption.

The Staff is Friendly and Helpful that I'm happy to order from here anytime.

“Ive been to MANY mcdonald’s; different cities, states, and countries. This has been by far the best drive thru experience I’ve had. Line was out the street but it moved fairly quickly. Food was fresh and warm. The attendant repeated my order as it was handed to me ti ensure everything was in there. I will definitely be coming here more often when in the area.“

“I ordered a sausage mc muffin w/hash browns and coffee as their kiosk machine and then I had to go to the cashier line to pay for the meal with cash because I didn't have my debit card at the time. There were 3 people ahead of me so I waited about 10 minutes til it was my turn... I paid for my meal and waited for my number to be called which took another 10 min... Lesson from this: don't forget your debit card... Oh the food was good!!!“

“Àlways fresh and they Hardly ever if any , make mistakes. I have a pleasant experience in drive thru more so now that the drive thru àreà comes equipped with wifi, àlthough its dangerous to text and drive. It sure is convenient while you go through the line . Friendly manager and staff.“

“When I stepped into McDonald's for the first time in the United States, I naturally felt a familiar, warm and friendly feeling.
I ordered ice cream out of habit, but it didn't seem as rich as in China. It only costs US$4.00 per ice cream, which is way too high, but it doesn't charge a tip and provides seats and a bright, spacious and comfortable environment. It's still worth it.“

“Sometimes I called this the fancy McDonald's because it has an outdoor patio. The outdoor patio is where the playland used to be, but if I recall correctly during the pandemic, they tore out the playland and just put some tables there for outdoor seating. Unfortunately, they also took out the self service, drink machines, and left an awkward table in its place. Apart from that, this is a normal McDonald's and you know exactly what you're going to get when you walk in the door. Sometimes there are strange delays and getting the food but most of the time it's what one would expect. I usually order using the app to try to make things as sufficient for myself as possible. I see that there has been a sign outside for about a year now saying that they want to tear this McDonald's down and replace it with a double lane drive-through. That seems like a bad idea to me because this is a very busy intersection and a double lane drive-through and what is a fairly small lot is going to be a lot of vehicle traffic.“

“Oh, Heaven!!I was traveling to SJ for a weekend. I’d give my left baby fingernail for a cold bubbly Diet Coke even with the worthless cellos biodegradable straw. The satellite maps took me all over town … no joy. Finally time to leave Silicone Valley. “

I stayed here for a few hours to study and while I was here, I saw the tables being wiped down frequently and the floors were kept clean.
I opted for mobile ordering with table service. No issues with this and very polite workers.
This restaurant has a modern look, is spacious, and feels safe.“

“A great mc Donald’s, even though the outside area is kinda ruff, the inside and my Donald’s surrounding outside area are clean. The ladies who work are very nice, pretty, and efficient. It can get busy but nothing they can’t handle. I love Mc Donald’s. probably a little too much, but I promise you can’t go wrong dining in or going thru drive thru.“

The venue is clean, the menu on the wall is very useful not like other McDonald's. Food was much better than Berryessa Road McDonald, Landess ave McDonald. This location is very nice 👍🏼“

“Around 9:40 there was a family outside was already planning to yell at the staff before even approaching the door. On top of that, the woman kept repeating “I own a restaurant” over and over, at least 20 times, as if that meant the rules didn’t apply to her. That kind of attitude only makes the situation worse.

The staff handled it calmly and didn’t escalate, even when they were being challenged. They kept the drive thru going and stayed professional under pressure. Honestly, they deserve credit for how they managed it.
Pretty sure she’ll leave a review so I wanted to leave my side as well.“

“Good customer experience here this evening. McDonald's app on my husband's phone crashed and didn't properly send his order through to this McDonald's location, even though it had charged him and sent him a receipt. A man (possibly a manager?) working there was very nice and helpful and got everything sorted out for us. Thank you!“

“I went to Eastridge to go shop. McDonald's was in the food court. I just love their hamburgers ? and French fries ? they are so delicious ?. “I don't usually eat fast food, but once in a blue moon I just want to eat bag food. For what it is, it's 5 out of 5.

This place must have gotten a fresh remodel. It has two kiosks and one cashier to take your order. Using kiosks was fairly intuitive. Two employees that I can see seemed friendly. It's a much improvement over the surly employee I had enjoyed in the past.“

Lots of unending bart construction, but an entrance/exit on Capitol about 800 feet in, past AutoZone, and one on Story, gives the average driver time to get at least one, but be in the right lane at the right time, on the right side of the road! Average driver, yes, Average McDonald's customer, probably not, thus the second try.
Again, if you don't like McDonald's, go somewhere else. Like to Super Taqueria, at story and white, on the left corner (headed to the hills)... Using N W S E Is all good, but why? People just get mad. They are across from Burger King, and the 76 station.“

“Kid-friendliness: The same team members have worked at this location for years. They have seen my family grow up. The Mama's can tell when I'm having a rough day and even just their knowing look takes the weight off a moment and my kids have favorite associates at this location that they always get exicted to say hello to :)“

“Great service by staff ordering at the counter. She helped me check the available happy meal toy and made sure the right one went into meal. Well worth the wait. I ordered fries with no salt and it was delicious. Very fresh. I was the last order they took in house for the night and I appreciated the staff’s attention to details.“

“People that use the kiosk and are paying in the counter was waiting for 5-10 minutes and at least 6 employees passed by including a supervisor. And ignored the payong customer. And one employee ask the customer i don't see your order in the screen and the customer response i was waiting to pay for my order.“

This young man was pretty much the best experience that I’ve received at the McDonalds franchise of my 62 years of being a loyal customer. I appreciate your Stellar service and I sure hope one day you can teach internal classes on how to treat customers to future employees of this establishment!!!
