McDonald's in San Jose

“When I stepped into McDonald's for the first time in the United States, I naturally felt a familiar, warm and friendly feeling.
I ordered ice cream out of habit, but it didn't seem as rich as in China. It only costs US$4.00 per ice cream, which is way too high, but it doesn't charge a tip and provides seats and a bright, spacious and comfortable environment. It's still worth it.“

“I really like this McDonald's,. The food is prepared correctly, it is clean and the staff is excellent. Unfortunately it is the must EXPENSIVE McDonald's in the area. The Sausage & Egg McMuffin is now $5.49. About $2 more in less than 2-years and simply too expensive. I respect their choice to raise prices, just as I'm sure they'll respect mine to go elsewhere.“

“Today is March 5. I went through the drive-through today around 8:30 PM and I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff that was on shift. You guys did a phenomenal job with customer service. I knew my order was complicated, but they handled it very professional. My order was correct and they did it in a timely manner. Parking: Depending on the day, parking here can be hectic but on other days the parking is fairly easy to find a space.“

“Àlways fresh and they Hardly ever if any , make mistakes. I have a pleasant experience in drive thru more so now that the drive thru àreà comes equipped with wifi, àlthough its dangerous to text and drive. It sure is convenient while you go through the line . Friendly manager and staff.“

“I ordered a sausage mc muffin w/hash browns and coffee as their kiosk machine and then I had to go to the cashier line to pay for the meal with cash because I didn't have my debit card at the time. There were 3 people ahead of me so I waited about 10 minutes til it was my turn... I paid for my meal and waited for my number to be called which took another 10 min... Lesson from this: don't forget your debit card... Oh the food was good!!!“

“I've been to this McDonald's for years but had a near decade hiatus and have been back twice after that break. My wife can order ahead of time and I can easily drive and park and the food is run out to me which is nice considering I don't feel like taking two small kids out of their car seats. Order accuracy 100%. Food quality 100%. I put 3 stars because of the homeless guy who appeared dead at the bus stop out front. For whatever reason weirdos aggregate outfront of this location. I'll never take my kids inside here though I think it's very nice inside. Nothing McDonald's can do about the surrounding destitute California homeless population. Sad. Nice McDonald's though if you can look past this issue. Obviously run by professionals and it shows“

“Needed to eat so I placed a drive through order and started chowing in the parking lot, I was in a rush. I had no idea I was missing an item from my order until a staff member came out and brought it to my car unprompted. I was across the parking lot and everything, it was very kind.“

“Ive been to MANY mcdonald’s; different cities, states, and countries. This has been by far the best drive thru experience I’ve had. Line was out the street but it moved fairly quickly. Food was fresh and warm. The attendant repeated my order as it was handed to me ti ensure everything was in there. I will definitely be coming here more often when in the area.“

“Ya, The workers there that I've encountered r friendly food is great hot and fresh as always great job there and now only two drawbacks about this location one I feel that the counters too close to the front door so It can get crowded when it's busy and two the lack of a drive-thru and the fact that curb side service I feel closes a bit early compared to other McDonald's.“

This place must have gotten a fresh remodel. It has two kiosks and one cashier to take your order. Using kiosks was fairly intuitive. Two employees that I can see seemed friendly. It's a much improvement over the surly employee I had enjoyed in the past.“

“Oh, Heaven!!I was traveling to SJ for a weekend. I’d give my left baby fingernail for a cold bubbly Diet Coke even with the worthless cellos biodegradable straw. The satellite maps took me all over town … no joy. Finally time to leave Silicone Valley. “

The Mama's can tell when I'm having a rough day and even just their knowing look takes the weight off a moment and my kids have favorite associates at this location that they always get exicted to say hello to :)“

“I went to Eastridge to go shop. McDonald's was in the food court. I just love their hamburgers ? and French fries ? they are so delicious ?. I just love that they have a glass covering between us and them. The mall is so clean and they sanitized it after you finish eating. That really makes me feel good. My name is MARY.“

“I was notified by somebody from McDonald's I assume a regional manager or manager and told me they would improve the conditions at this McDonald's but they did not does McDonald's is still get old they don't clean their floors it's greasy wipe down the tables which are filthy they are so lazy here if they can't keep the dining room looking clean imagine how the food is“

“I had a great experience at this McDonald’s! The food came out hot and fresh—crispy fries, juicy burger, and the perfect amount of salt and seasoning. I was surprised by how quickly everything was ready, even though it was fairly busy. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. I also appreciated how easy it was to order using the kiosk, and my order came out exactly as requested. It’s a reliable place for a quick, satisfying meal. Will definitely come back!“

“This McDonald's is always clean. I feel comfortable bringing my family to eat here. I personally haven't been inside but if the outside is clean what can you expect from the inside, right? Service is always friendly, food is good and fresh. Recommend this McDonald's.“

“People that use the kiosk and are paying in the counter was waiting for 5-10 minutes and at least 6 employees passed by including a supervisor. And ignored the payong customer. And one employee ask the customer i don't see your order in the screen and the customer response i was waiting to pay for my order.“

“Order online to pick up via drive thru which made the pickup tricky. Maybe have two lines to pull in rather than one. People were trying to pick the fastest lane which made for a bigger line. You do have to factor in that it was almost closing time so you had your late night rush. Not McDonald's fault so no blame on them. Over all the food was good, hot and fast. Staff did a good job keeping the lines moving.“

“Well, I don't eat here any more but this corporation has made it clear it backs, and is aligned with, a politician who has stated many time that he will send the US military after anyone he doesn't like. So I feel I'd better leave a good review or I might wake up one morning and find a US Army tank on my front lawn, taking aim. So if you agree with this politician and with idea that McDonald's should support extremist politicians, eat here. If not, don't.“

“I placed a delivery on Friday night at 11:40pm and had to wait 40 minutes for my delivery. My food got picked up from McDonals Story and Capitol and I lived on 480 n 6th street, San Jose. There is a McDonald's on Santa Clara Street and 28 that my food could have being picked up at. 🙃🫢“

“I want to give a special shout out to Mathew M. What a true gentleman that really cares about his customers and it shows. This young man was pretty much the best experience that I’ve received at the McDonalds franchise of my 62 years of being a loyal customer. I appreciate your Stellar service and I sure hope one day you can teach internal classes on how to treat customers to future employees of this establishment!!!
