“I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location through Uber Eats. When I came in and realized and explained the situation, the staff was very respectful, kind, and understanding. I showed my ID and order details, and they prepared the food for me without any issue. I truly appreciate how polite and helpful they were. Great customer service!“
“Great Staff! Came in to pick up my online order. Had to wait a little for the honey walnut shrimp as they had to cook a , but the servers were extra nice and offered a soda cup while i waited for the new batch. Highly recommend this location of Panda Express and big thanks to the two young servers!“
“The staff was very welcoming and extremely friendly. From the moment I started my meal with Kim to the cash register with Theavy. The portion of my food was well served and felt like I paid a fair price! I also used my rewards which gifted me an appetizer that was selected and recommended by staff and well enjoyed.“
“Today is the first time that I was treated at the best in this place. With nice treatment, with a smile and above all my plate was once again well served with a full spoon. And I congratulate the manager (a boy with Asian features and a black shirt) who was constantly reminding the other employees that the spoon should be completely FULL, and of course that is what we paid for.I hope they don't forget to do that, when the manager is not present.Congratulations“
“This, honestly in my opinion is the best Panda Express. I come here all the time; not just because the food is great but because the service is better! They know me when I come in and greet me with a smile. They notice when I have been gone for a while and make a point to let me know that. They seem to really care which is something I need as a busy Memory Care Director who just needs some good food. I used to work in food myself for 10+ years and by God’s grace, worked my way into management there. I used to have to train people on good customer service. So that is why I wanted to take the time to show my appreciation. I know personally that their job is not easy and is not always appreciated. But I just wanted to make sure you guys knew, I appreciate you and all your hard work. Keep it up guys! You’re doing great!“
“Kudos To Myhanh V. She is always so welcoming and kind. When interacting with other employees, they don’t seem as approachable or as if they are annoyed, however Myhanh ALWAYS has great and positive energy, regardless of how customers act towards her. I hope the Panda Team sees how hard working she is, and hopefully they give her a raise. She is Manager Worthy!!“
“Great place to get fast Chinese food if you're a meat eater. If you're vegetarian like me, you have only 2 choices. Tofu with eggplant and or veggies. I hate eggplant and they won't do just tofu so I have to buy the mix dish and throw away the eggplant. I guess not enough vegetarians come to Panda Express. The staff was quick but not friendly.Features: No social distancing. No masks.“
“"Not Tasty at All" has been in business for 50 years, with annual revenue of 10 billion, 22,000 stores around the world, and Chinese restaurants in 47 states across the United States. The change charity box next to the cash register. The coins collected in this donation box last year reached 20 million US dollars. This year, the founders of Panda Express and his wife donated US$100 million to cancer treatment. I'll eat it even if it doesn't taste good.“
“First time online order from here. I ordered white rice with broccoli beef & honey sesame chicken. Unfortunately they missed the chicken n served me rice with broccoli beef only. I felt very upset since never happened to me before. I went there again to show them the box. They immediately gave me another same order I placed and also gave me shrimps instead of chicken. It’s a very happy ending for both sides. I got 2 boxes n they got my loyalty.“
“Good.
We went on a Sunday evening and the place was super busy.
The line was not that long but super slow because they have few people to build the orders and they also do the online ordering so too much work for so few people. We had to wait easily 20 minutes for just 6-8 people in front of us.
Despite that, the food was good as usual in the place, for the level you expect from a fast food place. We had fried rice with black pepper and chicken teriyaki. Very fresh and tasty.
Would go again but would choose a different time…“
“This is a great place for fast food! Friendly service all the time. The food is great and the right temperature. The atmosphere could be a tad bit cleaner. The floors to be specific. I have never used the bathroom so I wouldn't know how clean it is. But this definitely does not stop me from going there. I love this place.“
“The staff here is friendly and attentive.
Come before the rush or order online to avoid the lines.
A lot of people say that the family meal is economical but I don’t know if it really beats two large plates with 3 entrees and 1 side. I believe the 3 entrees have more variety when the portions don’t add up, except that the containers on the family meals aren’t always overpacked depend on the packer.“
“Solid Family Feast – Great Value, Classic Flavors
We ordered the Family Feast from Panda Express recently, and overall, it was a satisfying experience that delivered great value for the price.
The fried rice and chow mein made for a solid base—classic comfort food. The fried rice had a nice balance of soy flavor and egg bits, though I wish it had a little more veggie variety mixed in. The chow mein was saucy and well-cooked, with cabbage and onions adding some texture and sweetness. Both were crowd-pleasers and good portions.
As for the entrees:
• The Angus steak was definitely the standout—tender, juicy pieces of beef with a rich savory glaze and perfectly cooked veggies like broccoli and mushrooms. It felt a bit more “premium” compared to the rest and brought a nice upscale balance to the meal.
• The orange chicken was exactly what you’d expect—crispy on the outside, sticky-sweet with that tangy citrus flavor that Panda is known for. It’s not exactly light fare, but it hits the spot when you’re craving that guilty pleasure dish.
• The string bean chicken added a refreshing, lighter option. The chicken was tender and the green beans were crisp and vibrant. It wasn’t overly saucy, which I appreciated, and gave the meal a more balanced feel.
Service was quick and efficient, even during a busy evening. Our order was ready on time and packaged well. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that while everything was good, it wasn’t mind-blowing. A little more seasoning or freshness in the sides could’ve elevated it further. That said, for a fast-casual family meal, it definitely delivered.
Would recommend for a quick, tasty dinner that gives everyone something to enjoy. Panda Express continues to be a reliable go-to when you want a no-fuss meal with bold flavors.“
“Consistently Fresh and Clean Service,*Request for Hot and Sour SoupThis restaurant consistently offers fresh food, even during late hours. The service is unfailingly clean and courteous. It would be a great addition to bring back the hot and sour soup. Listing it on the menu with an enticing picture could certainly boost sales.Furthermore, our experience at this restaurant was nothing short of perfect. The server was exceptionally kind, every order was accurate, and the presentation and taste of the food were both outstanding. Thank you, Panda Express, for a wonderful dining experience!“
“4 out of 5 stars
Solid, but some misses that kept it from being great
I ordered a plate with white rice, super greens, string bean chicken, and teriyaki chicken.
Starting with the super greens — they were the highlight of the meal. Cooked just right with a nice garlic flavor that wasn’t overpowering. They had a good balance of texture and seasoning. The white rice was surprisingly well done too — not overcooked or hard like I’ve had at other places. Fluffy and clean, just how I like it.
The string bean chicken was solid. The sauce had a nice thickness to it, and the flavor was on point. The green beans were crisp and fresh, and the chicken was tender. No complaints there.
Now for the teriyaki chicken — this is where things dropped off a bit. I added teriyaki sauce and sriracha on top to kick up the flavor, but it still felt like something was missing. The chicken itself was inconsistent. Some pieces were tender, but others had undercooked fatty bits that were kind of rubbery and off-putting. That texture really threw me off and made me question how well it was cooked.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad meal, but the uneven quality of the teriyaki chicken brought it down for me. As someone who’s trying to level up from a level six to a level seven in life, I just expected a bit more consistency. That’s why I’m giving this one three stars.
Would I come back? Yeah — but I’d probably skip the teriyaki chicken next time.“
