About SJ Eggrolls

SJ Eggrolls is a popular Vietnamese fast food spot in San Jose, known for its delicious eggrolls and street food. The restaurant is small, clean, and offers some seating for quick dining. Their eggrolls, especially the regular variety filled with pork and shrimp, are highly praised for their crunch and flavor. The meal often includes fresh herbs like lettuce, mint, cilantro, and fish sauce, enhancing the experience. The menu features other favorites such as Banh Khot, which are crispy, warm, and made fresh to order, and Banh Hoi, which is considered okay by some. Customers enjoy the strong, flavorful Vietnamese iced coffee and various teas, including sugarcane, passion fruit, and peach, though some find the teas slightly sweet. Side dishes like garlic noodles are also highly recommended for their perfect texture—bouncy, garlicky, and buttery. While the shop primarily offers takeout, there are a few chairs and tables for quick eating. Due to high demand and phone-in orders, wait times can be longer, especially for net eggrolls, which sometimes sell out early. Overall, SJ Eggrolls offers flavorful portions and friendly service, making it a favorite for those craving authentic Vietnamese street food.

Ordered eggrolls, shrimp and pork spring rolls for a little party and everyone loved it so much that I kept getting asked where I ordered it from! Highly recommend :)
Great eggrolls. Went with the famous net eggroll. Totally legit, meant to share but ate all 6.
Haven't tried everything yet but what I've had was delicious. Only tried the regular and net egg rolls. Regular is my best type. Eggrolls are filled with pork and shrimp. Love that it comes with lettuce, mint, cilantro, fish sauce. Also had fresh sugarcane tea, passion fruit tea, and peach tea. A little sweet for me but still really good. Can't wait to try shrimp pancakes, fried chicken, garlic noodles
