Very good food for bring in an airport. Quick service but food is unlike a fast food place. I love flying to San Jose International Airport because of Sushi Boat.
Seafood udon is good.
I know airport food prices are highly marked up, but this place was way higher than I expected. The sushi is pretty low quality, packed with insane amounts flavor from sauces rather than the actual ingredients. At least there is plenty of dining space and the staff are friendly. The red bean mochi was pretty good.
