“It's nice to have a restaurant that makes classic style fajitas. This is a neighborhood favorite and they have their own parking lot which is a nice added plus. The food is consistently good and the quality of the meat remains high which is much appreciated.“

“Always my go when I'm in town. I grew up in the area and it's still the same amazing hole in the wall restaurant. Great service with friendly staff. Always fun to see the owner still working onsite. I dream of these crunchy chicken tacos and house green sauce. It's fabulous.“

“Definitely authentic food. Service was fantastic. Friendly staff. Only disappointment are refills on soda are charged at a dollar each. When it costs less than 2 cents to fill up a soda and I spend almost $45 for my family's food, I think one refill should be free.“

“I got here during close-up hours, so the atmosphere wasn't really much there. I did enjoy this place
Parking: There's not much to say. The parking was there. Only one other car besides me in a 30 parking available area“

“Place is great, I lived in central Mexico for years and can say this place is authentic and delicious. They also have a whole array of juices , Agua Frescas, an entire bakery, and a small convenience store/ butcher next door. A must try!
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly. Tons of food options
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible via wheelchair“

“What a nice and quaint little gem for quick Mexican food. The interior is clean with a cute layout. The food was prepared in the open kitchen, which you can see over the cashier shoulder. The food was not bad at all, the rice could use a little more seasoning/salt, but over all not bad. Definitely give this place a try, and be turned off by unkempt strip mall.“

“We had a stellar experience at Don Juan Mexican Kitchen! The service was perfect; very friendly and accommodating without being intrusive, and food and drinks were served in a very timely manner. The food was absolutely delicious. Our party of four started with the crispy pork belly bites, which I think were the best I've ever had. Our daughter had the Ensenada salad with shrimp. It looked very fresh and beautiful, with the largest shrimp I have seen in a long time. She really enjoyed it. The rest of us had a variety of tacos, and they were all exceptionally good. The drinks were expertly made with very fresh ingredients and were beautifully presented. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and they brought out a dish of ice cream with the best fresh-made and hot churros that I've had. All in all, I would give them a 10 out of 10 and look forward to returning.“

“We used to live in California. We always make it a priority to hit Los Golondrinas when we return for visits. We are big fans of the breakfast burritos or chorizo breakfast tacos!... But all of their food is good. They make their tortilla chips there in the shop. Love their guacamole and salsa.“

“The food is flavorful and there are many options. Quesadillas, burritos, and tostadas of every protein. Many sauces: tomatillo, tomato, mole, avocado, and more. The ingredients are fresh without fat. And also the price: $17 for two large plates.“
“I didn’t smell a smoker and there isn’t a choice of sauces, but the three meat sampler we shared of brisket, smoked pulled chicken and pulled pork was quite tasty. And the fried dill pickle appetizer was one of the best we’ve had, with thinly sliced pickles and a nice coating.“

“This alpollo loco has been here for as long as I can remember. 20 years plus that's a testament to how long it's been there. It is what it is. They have what you expect. And they deliver. Can be busy at times. Weights can be long.“

“Walking through the streets of San Jan Capestrano we stopped for a drink in this place. From the outside it looked like a normal pub, but once inside we found ourselves immersed in a sea of memorabilia. Having been there in the afternoon, we only drank, but there is also live music and dancing. If you pass by, also stop for a drink because it's worth it. Friendly staff.“
“the chicken tacos are really good and the green salsa is the best.“

“We were in the area vacationing from Washington state and wanted mexican food. We saw the great reviews so thought we'd try. Our server Tikio was so kind and genuinely joyfull. He recommend the " Tres Amigos". O.M.G!!! I'm not exaggerating. Hands down the best mexican dish we've ever had . The chili Relano and enchilada just melt in your mouth. Can't wait till we come back down so we can come back. Thank you Tikio and all the other El Zarandeado staff that made us feel so welcome“
