“I had charros grill cater a graduation party for 20 people this weekend. The cooks were super prompt, professional and very friendly! Tacos were big, meat was delicious and cooked fresh at my event. Salsas were amazing, rice and beans were authentic. Prices were great. I am very happy I found them! Scheduling was straightforward and communication was great leading up to the event. Gustavo and Lucio were the cooks and I scheduled with Ms. Reyna, all wonderful!“

“I'm super happy that this restaurant has lived up to my expectations so far. I feel as though there are only a small amount of cons I have for this place. We have received their chips and salsa, and it is one of the best salsas I've ever had because it reminded me of Chevys' salsa but slightly sweeter. For those of you who know what place I'm talking about, it is the Chevys that used to be in Anaheim on Santa Ana Canyon Road before the restaurant El Cholo took over. Anyway, the meal I ordered was the Carnitas platter, and I liked it. As for my boyfriend he got the Green Sauce Enchilada and he thought it was okay so I decided to try it and I didn't like it at all. The reason why the enchilada didn't taste appealing to me is because it had cumin seasoning in it. I think if they removed the seasoning, the enchiladas would taste a lot better, in my opinion. Also, I almost forgot that I also had their matcha latte, which was good.The matcha latte was good because they let me make it slightly sweeter that way the matcha wouldn't be too bitter and it wasn't which I liked. 🍵For dessert, my boyfriend and I ordered the flan, and it tasted really good. I was also happy that my boyfriend enjoyed it, so we would definitely order that again. Last but not least, the customer service was great, and I'm glad there are still some people who try hard to give the best customer service. So my boyfriend and I will definitely come back for the chips and salsa and the flan.Also, a warning for people just trying this place for the first time: I recommend that you bring a smaller party since this place isn't too big. 😊“

“Tasty Food, But Service Can Be Disorganized
The food tastes good, and the portions are generous when the order is complete.

The place is small and can get very crowded during busy hours, with limited seating available. Staffing also seems limited - only one person handling everything: taking orders, processing payments, serving food, and cleaning tables. Because of that, you may find yourself wiping down a table yourself just to find a place to sit.

On my last visit, I ordered 4 meals and a drink. Three meals seemed complete, but one taco meal was missing the rice and beans, and the drink was missing as well. I noticed the missing drink while still there and asked for it, but only realized the missing sides after leaving. It wasn’t worth driving back for.

Overall, the food is tasty, prices are reasonable, but the place can be crowded and the service feels a bit disorganized.

Almost gave 3 stars based on the overall experience, but the food was genuinely good, so it earned the 4th star.“

“I love this place!! Not only is the food amazing and the setting on the lake so picturesque, but I have a shellfish allergy that keeps me from eating at a lot of places. They are so incredibly accommodating and I feel so safe eating there. The bar tender, I believe his name is Herberto, has been my server the last couple times and he goes out of his way to explain their processes and knows exactly what is safe for me to eat. So knowledgeable and I’m so grateful. They even make me special chips that are fried in their own oil, which I told them was not necessary but oh so appreciated!! Plus, I got their Smokey Caesar Salad and it’s just a 10 out of 10. (So are their short rib enchiladas… but it was too hot to get that today!)“

“The salsa bar is unmatched. Our food was very fresh and served to us. My taco was stuffed with so many flavors that the one with chips and salsa was enough for me. My husband enjoyed his Blackened Citrus shrimp bowl with mango salsa (no longer available at Rubio's). This is our new favorite place for fresh, fast Mexican food. This neighborhood favorite serves Great Park, Lake Forest and local business with delicious Mexican food. “A wonderful evening at Todos Santos with my wife. We were greeted by Daniel the owner and chef extraordinare who took us to a very nice table in the outside patio. We started off with drinks which were made by one of our favorite bartenders Jaime! The other bartender of choice is Francisco who had the day off. Kenya was our waiter and was superb, very personable and professional. We each ordered the appetizer salad which were so good. We spoke with Daniel about the fresh fish and decided on the Sea Bass for my wife and I ordered the Salmon and lobster plate. These two dishes were amazing upon presentation and even tastier than they looked lol. I must say since we began dining at Todos Santos from when Daniel took over this place has blossomed this restaurant into the best Mexican cuisine in Orange County. With multiple awards to his credit Daniel has new menu items that he creates regularly and now opens after hours on Tuesdays and Fridays with a DJ and dance floor. On Saturday and Sunday the restaurant serves breakfast from 10 am to 2 pm and the dishes are delicious. Make a reservation and ask for Daniel. Let him know George sent you. “My go-to taqueria in south OC. A plethora of homemade salsas, personal bags of chips go with every meal. They often have eacabeche carrots and limes that you just have to ask for, but no extra charge. All of the employees are warm and inviting and very helpful. I LOVE PERLAS!!!!!!! Ps get the chicken mole soft tacos on taco Tuesday, you will not regret it!!!!“

“Came Up To Work In The Area Today To Repair Some Horse Trailers And I Was Told By A Local Resident James Lacono Megan Coltrane And A Couple Of Others. What an Amazing Place. The atmosphere was incredible the outside seating area look very relaxing. It was busy when I was there so I chose to sit inside nice tables lots of TVs. “If I could give 10 stars they would get it! I rarely go online to write a review, and if I do it’s because I had a horrible experience. I wrote a positive review maybe twice in my life here’s my third. Start with the cashier, I really can’t say I ever had anyone serve me with a better attitude than the guy who helped me and I say right by the register and he kept that amazing attitude with all customers. At first I had 3 chicken tacos from the taco Tuesday deal (which I might say isn’t cheap, but quality costs) which were surprisingly good because I don’t love shredded chicken. The chicken was so good I decided to get an asada one as well just to make sure they really are as good as it seems. They crushed it, asada taco came to over 7$ after taxes and it glad to say I’ll be happy to pay that price anytime anywhere to get that same taco!“

“Forgot how flavorful the food is here. It has been a little while since visiting Wahoo's since my go-to is not a fish taco.
I had the Bonzai Burrito with Asada Beef. It comes with marinated veggies, which adds a unique flavor to the entire burrito.
The salads are also good and quite large.
There wasn't a long line and our order was taken quickly, we did wait a while for the food service but it arrived hot and as ordered.
The atmosphere is lifted with decorations that are unique and festive.
Prices are very affordable and coupons or online discounts are often available. Parking lot is small but there seems to be space near by.“

I guess I could have warmed it up in the microwave, but I was feeling lazy that day. The fish was very dry in the taco. Might not get the fish again.
