“I had charros grill cater a graduation party for 20 people this weekend. The cooks were super prompt, professional and very friendly! Tacos were big, meat was delicious and cooked fresh at my event. Salsas were amazing, rice and beans were authentic. Prices were great. I am very happy I found them! Scheduling was straightforward and communication was great leading up to the event. Gustavo and Lucio were the cooks and I scheduled with Ms. Reyna, all wonderful!“

“Great authentic Mexican food. The tacos are made with homemade tortillas which were delicious! The mole enchiladas were delicious and so were the chilaquiles. Delicious homemade salsas. Wonderful service and nice relaxing spot for an easy going and homey breakfast or lunch.“

“A wonderful evening at Todos Santos with my wife. We were greeted by Daniel the owner and chef extraordinare who took us to a very nice table in the outside patio. We started off with drinks which were made by one of our favorite bartenders Jaime! The other bartender of choice is Francisco who had the day off. Kenya was our waiter and was superb, very personable and professional. We each ordered the appetizer salad which were so good. We spoke with Daniel about the fresh fish and decided on the Sea Bass for my wife and I ordered the Salmon and lobster plate. These two dishes were amazing upon presentation and even tastier than they looked lol. I must say since we began dining at Todos Santos from when Daniel took over this place has blossomed this restaurant into the best Mexican cuisine in Orange County. With multiple awards to his credit Daniel has new menu items that he creates regularly and now opens after hours on Tuesdays and Fridays with a DJ and dance floor. On Saturday and Sunday the restaurant serves breakfast from 10 am to 2 pm and the dishes are delicious. Make a reservation and ask for Daniel. Let him know George sent you. “Wonderful experience at Carmelita’s Kitchen in Rancho Santa Margarita, I feel like we spent the day in Mexico having an authentic meal with a fantastic lake view. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service really made our visit special.

A huge shout-out to our terrific waitress, Hannah. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Jose, our server, was also fantastic—hardworking, courteous, and always right there when needed.

“This is a restaurant that I love to go to grab a fresh and yummy meal. My favorite is available with the blackened fish. It’s a simple bowl but it’s so good and I also I like that they have the salsa bar because you can add more flavor to your plate and if you like spicy you can add spicy onions, which are my favorite. They give it a nice touch to your food.“

“My partner and I go here mostly for their burrito and tacos. Thus far my experience has been pretty good and the food is why we keep on coming back!

Typically we get the 7 Tacos and a Burrito combo. The best part about these two is the tortilla, it’s soft but hold it’s shape. Next bext thing is that their asada is well seasoned and not dry!

The cabbage in the burrito gives it that crunch and the salsa is so flavorful. The steak was delicious too! I added beans and no rice for maximum flavor!!!“

They often have eacabeche carrots and limes that you just have to ask for, but no extra charge. All of the employees are warm and inviting and very helpful. I LOVE PERLAS!!!!!!! “I live in Irvine, CA but our two local Baja's have closed. We have a remaining one but the food, service and atmosphere is 1 star. They charge for chips, sauce and are begrudging with any product.
We drive to Mission Viejo to the Baja on Alicia Parkway and it is wonderful. The staff are warm and friendly and the service and food are great. Worth the drive.“

“Forgot how flavorful the food is here. It has been a little while since visiting Wahoo's since my go-to is not a fish taco.
I had the Bonzai Burrito with Asada Beef. It comes with marinated veggies, which adds a unique flavor to the entire burrito.
The salads are also good and quite large.
There wasn't a long line and our order was taken quickly, we did wait a while for the food service but it arrived hot and as ordered.
The atmosphere is lifted with decorations that are unique and festive.
Prices are very affordable and coupons or online discounts are often available. Parking lot is small but there seems to be space near by.“

This neighborhood favorite serves Great Park, Lake Forest and local business with delicious Mexican food. Jasmine was very patient with my numerous questions and helped me craft my perfect breakfast burrito. A Mexicano Burrito with Shredded Chicken and added avocado. I love places like these because it isn't somebody just heating up sysco food in the back. It's an actual cook and usually a family who can make food using the ingredients available to them. “Came Up To Work In The Area Today To Repair Some Horse Trailers And I Was Told By A Local Resident James Lacono Megan Coltrane And A Couple Of Others. What an Amazing Place. The atmosphere was incredible the outside seating area look very relaxing. It was busy when I was there so I chose to sit inside nice tables lots of TVs. “In the last 2 decades, I've seen this place be a Chronic Tacos, Perlas' Tacos and now Taco Time. I stopped there today. I ordered the Torta Pastor. It was excellent! The crew was very good. The place got pretty busy right after I ordered. They're doing things right.“

I wrote a positive review maybe twice in my life here’s my third. Start with the cashier, I really can’t say I ever had anyone serve me with a better attitude than the guy who helped me and I say right by the register and he kept that amazing attitude with all customers. At first I had 3 chicken tacos from the taco Tuesday deal (which I might say isn’t cheap, but quality costs) which were surprisingly good because I don’t love shredded chicken. The chicken was so good I decided to get an asada one as well just to make sure they really are as good as it seems. They crushed it, asada taco came to over 7$ after taxes and it glad to say I’ll be happy to pay that price anytime anywhere to get that same taco!“

“Wonderful authentic mexican food. Mama even came out from the kitchen and asked how we liked her chili Rellanos. Yeah, they are homemade, fluffy and delicious. Our Bible Study meets there every month to celebrate birthdays as we've gotten to know the staff and owners pretty well. Good people.“
