I liked Fosters Freeze but for years, after clicking like or follow repeatedly over that time, it keeps rejecting me. So good luck.

I grew up as young as Kindergarten eating and drinking Foster Freeze foods/drinks, but at the one in Berkeley. I was in San Leandro shopping and I stopped at this Fosters Freeze. I ordered ice cream in a cup. It's located almost hidden in an area of large buildings with wide open spaces. I am glad this one exists like the one still in Berkeley. I am a long-time lover of their food as well. I always receive really nice service.
Great food, but expensive. They put hardly any ice in my Pepsi, and then acted like I was putting them out by asking for more ice. They put one more small half-scoop in it.
Lots of indoor & outdoor seating. The shakes seem to be made with real fruit! Was not expecting that.
Feels cool inside when it's hot out. Overall, I'll be back again.
