“After a very disappointing Dinner in SF STK, I wanted Desert but not at STK. The last thing I wanted was to sit there and act like my meal was wonderful.Searched for a good Desert restaurant late in the evening I found T’s. NOTHING DISAPPOINTING ABOUT THIS PLACE. 10 minute wait and the Best desert was delivered in my hands. The waffle made to order was fresh hot alone with my Cold topping was amazing. I will definitely have to make another trip and visit to T’s. From Portland Oregon to T’s a must.

“I’m touring a condo in Oakland for a client making an offer and I stop for a quick bite at a tiny sandwich place next to the Grand Lake Theater. OMG, Unbelievable sandwiches, smoked meats, homemade pickles, peppers🫑 and memorable pulled pork, etc. I hang out for a few minutes while Jerry makes my Cuban sandwich, and he has me try their smoked bacon, homemade meatballs, and more. “Best juices and shots ever you can see live they make fresh juices and organic Samosas and shots was really good, I was sick and i want something healthy, I was looking and the cashier recommended the shots they have ginger and tumeric mix that was really good, it helped me a lot i can see it is really working.
I tried there Red cure which has apple celery beets carrots ginger it is really good. I can feel little better after drinking this.
Best place highly recommended.I am impressed with their service.“

“Warm, inviting, clean, friendly staff & fast service. The manager was training the ladies on a new menu item (mozzarella bites) & he allowed me to try one. I immediately added the bites to my order because they were tasty & hot. My dragon fruit bowl did not disappoint either. I normally order an açaí bowl but I needed more vitamin c. The bowl was delicious, fresh ingredients & ready within 2 minutes.“

“Their “Classic Pineapple Coconut” is a FANTASTIC juice. Sugar bomb? Yes, of course. Super sweet? Yeah. But it’s so rich and thick without any funny ingredients it amazes me. It’d be the perfect mixer for a tropical cocktail and it’s a favorite treat after my long runs where 50g of sugar is helpful.“

“One of our favorite shops here in the East Bay. We love their açai bowls as much as their smoothies. Everything is organic which is how we like to eat. They also sell lots of conventional snacks, seeing that they're located right next to the high school, like salami, cheese and cracker snack packs, prepackaged deli items like potato and pasta salad, basic premade sandwiches like turkey or ham, and cubed fruit.“

“it is small shop which touch screen kiosk to order near Oakland Chinatown. Practically you have to wait for the person in front of you finish their order before you get it. it might fit max 4 to 5 people. There are plenty option from the menu. You can choose sweet option.

Zees Munchies Truck is an absolute gem! The crêpes are really, really good—perfectly made, flavorful, and loaded with toppings. They are very generous with portions, so you definitely get your money’s worth. Everything tastes fresh, rich, and satisfying without being overwhelming. “I had a great experience at Happy Lemon! While waiting for my order, I noticed a young male staff member thoughtfully washing his hands after handling money from a customer. It was such a simple gesture, but it really stood out to me and made the whole visit feel even more pleasant and hygienic. It gave me even more confidence in how they handle everything. And of course, my mango matcha smoothie was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and just the right balance of sweet and earthy. Will definitely be coming back!“

“This is my favorite boba spot in oakland. I usually get the grass jelly milk tea with boba and oatmilk and it is suuper refreshing! Just the right amount of sweetness. Their boba AND grass jelly is my favorite out of many places in the Bay Area, being chewy & soft. I’m not really sure how to describe the consistency lol but the flavor of both is great! Sweet but not TOO sweet.

The service is great too. They seem organized and well structured, always kind and helpful.

“Gong Cha is always a staple of mine whenever I am looking for boba and they happened to have a convenient location near shopping and some good restaurants.

Note: Gong Cha locations use a non-dairy creamer but beware, these almost always still contain whey which is a dairy derivative. It's a common misnomer so always ask for non-dairy milk if you are vegan like myself or adverse to dairy products/have an allergy.

In order to get a non-dairy drink, I was told to order from the Fresh Milk Menu. I did so with my Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Oat Milk and it was satisfying overall. It is indeed quite sweet even with 50% sugar so I'd advise to go even less if you aren't wanting a completely sweet drink.

“8-Twelve is a true neighborhood gem. It is the kind of place where kids can grab a snack and a fun drink for a reasonable price, and then just relax after school. Even though it is not as close to the middle or high school as some of the other hangouts, it has become one of our favorites.

I appreciate that it has lasted the test of time and I hope it continues to thrive. One of the best parts is that they offer non-caffeinated tea drinks for the kids, which is rare and so thoughtful.
