“My husband had the Filet Mignon, and I had the Tomato and Gruyère Tart. For starters, we had a delicious heirloom tomato salad, and ended with coffee and dessert. Everything was fresh and tasted great. We had a Pinot Noir with our meal, which was also delicious. Highly recommend!”

“Sebastian’s in San Pedro is such a gem. We sat outside and it was the perfect relaxed atmosphere to enjoy the food. Everything we ordered was delicious — the yogurt dip was fresh and creamy, the falafel was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft inside, and the mixed kabob was flavorful and cooked just right. We finished with Turkish coffee, which was the perfect touch to end the meal.

What really made the experience special was the owner, Bahrom. He was so kind and welcoming, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and the food he serves.

“I had two fantastic meals at the 2800 Kitchen & Lounge at the DoubleTree at the Port of Los Angeles. For dinner, the Tostadas were yummy and with corn tortillas crisp enough that I could pick them up to eat. I also ordered Seasonal Vegetables, which were fresh and cooked to perfection. For breakfast, the Avocado Toast with hard boiled egg was also excellent, and came with the perfect complement of fresh fruit. Definitely coming here again.”

“Chachi’s veggie sandwich is uniquely crave-able and comforting. Hits the spot most veggie sandos never quite can on soft and crunchy bread. Hummus & mango chutney are not spreads I’d have thought to put together but it is so darn good.

Pedro’s other beloved sandwich spot kind of neglects vegetarian folks and I am so excited to have a local shop that packs this kind of flavor punch! Also, the service was so warm and quick! Go show some support 🫶🏻

“So much to say… but ultimately, Colossus in Long Beach is WONDERFUL!! The BEST BLT I’ve ever had. Because they use high quality ingredients! Their Soft-Scrambled Egg Toast is divine. And everything is beautifully fresh. I love their country bread, baguettes, olive cumin bread, dinner rolls… but I have so much more to try Their pastries are scrumptious: Pecan Sticky Bun, Cardamom Bun, Kouign Amann, Financier, Marzipan Croissant, Sea Salt Brownie, OG Chocolate Chip Cookie. It’s all amazing and I’ve brought a number of friends to show off this incredible Belmont Shore Bakery. On Friday nights Colossus serves pizza into the night. Again, high-quality ingredients make their pizzas delicious. Plus they have interesting and unique combinations. They are tip free because their starting wage is $21/hr. Great customer service. Cute little space with some lovely specialty spice mixes, food items, merch, and wine. Indoor and outdoor seating, and they serve tasty coffees and teas. Colossus feels like a little bit of Europe on 2nd Street.”

“This is a small and neat Mexican restaurant in San Pedro. The restaurant is not large and can only accommodate 5-6 dining tables. Since there is only one owner in the kitchen responsible for cooking, we had to wait for a long time after placing the order, but it is not inappropriate. The quality of the food is excellent. For example, the beans are very delicious. Although the portion per plate is not as large as expected, our family is still very satisfied after the meal. There are many similar small restaurants in the San Pedro community. Every time we come here, we basically enjoy it and love the laid-back atmosphere of this place. I hope everyone can come here more often. Hope you enjoy it too!”

“Since I'm a very picky Japanese food eater, I tend to avoid anything that might be Japanese where it's not 100% Japanese. That said, I do enjoy the Thai food here. It's decent and filling. The staff are polite and I like it because it's in walking distance for me.

I have tried some Japanese-ish food like the lobster rolls or teriyaki chicken. Those dishes weren't bad if you consider them more California Asian cuisine. The prices are what you might expect these days for a spot like this. They do have lunch time specials so I think those are worth making the trip if you're in the area and want some decent Thai etc or something different.”

“Always good. Usually order barbacoa or carne asada. But once in awhile I get huevos ranchero's or steak tampiqueno. All are very good! My husband loves the carnitas and my friend always gets the chicken tortilla soup. Service is very pleasant and quick.”

On the Tuesday trivia nights they have a food truck come. Definitely a great addition to the downtown San Pedro area.”

“We got taken out the ambiance of the large room might really help the experience and if it’s a place, she come too often. That also makes the little things special. However, we got takeout and there were lots and lots of onions in the guacamole which pretty much made it an edible for me. I am really picky when it comes to fish tacos, before stumbling upon this truck in San Pedro, the only fish tacos (besides my own home made fish tacos) that I really enjoyed were the fish tacos from Hole Mole. Not only does this truck have the option of grilled or beer battered fish tacos, but they also have calamari tacos, and shrimp tacos even octopus tacos!... The beer battered fish is made fresh to order and the outside is fried to a golden crisp perfection and the chipotle crema is not too spicy but just perfect.. because the fish pieces are so huge .. every bit is perfect and the tortillas seem home made which is awesome because the thickness helps make sure they don't fall apart... I found my new favorite taco place :)”

The water is so warm that it feels like you’re walking into a heated pool! So lovely! I spent Mother’s Day in this restaurant along with 6 more couples and had a phenomenal time. Friendly staff, good energy and they constantly check in with you. Our server was the best! Great giving us recommendations off the menu and if you are looking for good drinks + seafood this place is a MUST! Food here is exquisite! We ordered crab, fried shrimp, red snapper, shrimp skewers, chicken quesadillas and fish empanadas. Everything was deliciously tasty! Portion sizes are generous and freshly made. The waiting time after you order food can take over 30 to 40mins., so be ready to wait. However, once you start eating you’ll automatically forget everything else. Alcoholic Drinks - Micheladas are unbelievably good! If you like tangy & citrusy beer then this may be your new favorite drink. Piña Coladas are addicting! I think they use Belizean coconut rum on this drink which brings the flavor to a different level of sweetness, but enough not to be overpowering. Prices - affordable Duration: (11am - 4pm) We stayed for 5 hours indulging in their delicious food dishes, drinking & lounging in this gorgeous place. Also took some cool pics with the gorgeous beach views. Entertainment- DJ plays Afro beats, Reggae, Spanish music and hip pop or whatever you request. Hahaha Perfect spot to take your vacation pics or influencer’s (IG & Tik Tok) shots! You’ll see the giant swing set and slide on the water. This restaurant is located 45mins away from downtown and by the time we decided to head back to our hotel it was almost 4:30pm and it began to rain a bit. Once we got to the hotel my husband realized his wallet was missing. By the time we tried calling Blue Bayou it was already closed for the night. We had to wait till the next day and hope they had found it. What was inside the wallet? DL, 2 credit cards, 1 debit card and some cash. My poor husband barely slept that night stressing over the missing wallet. Next morning at 8:30am we headed back to the restaurant hoping the wallet would be there. Although the possibility of anything falling or dropping off from the golf cart was very likely since it has no doors or storage compartment. Finally, arrived 45 mins later at Blue Bayou and thank God the same waiter who served us the day before was there who recognized us. He smiled and said, “John Doe! You lost something here right?”, then he reached to the drawer where he pulled out the wallet!!! What a relief! NOT A SINGLE THING WAS MISSING! Everything was there! Wow!!! By far this place is not just a great restaurant with excellent service, but they’re TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE!! So happy to have come here and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you Blue Bayou!”

“Very authentic Mexican food. Let me start by confirming that their chilaquiles are made by fresh tortillas and not chips! We had both red and green chilaquiles and can’t decide on a better one. Menudo was my favorite! Idk how they make their beans but they are delicious! The burger was really good and the tacos look plain but they were flavorful and meat was soft. The capirotada was very good! It’s been ages since I’ve had some and there was no disappointment. Customer service was great! The cashier/ waitress was very nice and polite. Clean restaurant. Bathrooms available. Good prices. Will definitely return!”
