“We came here when we moved here seven years ago. It is our only and favorite Mexican restaurant! The salsa is great, the pico de gallo is great, the horchata is great, enchiladas, burritos, tacos, tostadas, fajitas, …all great! When we have events, we pick up their catering, which is usually cheese enchiladas, chicken enchiladas, and beef enchiladas, as well as beans and rice, and chips and salsa to go with it. Always delicious!“

“This place is really nice. Large Booth tables. I wish I would have taken more photos inside the restaurant. It has good lighting. Low volume on the noise, so it's easy to carry a conversation.

The staff were great and funny. I ordered a New York steak and chicken breast. I'm on the carnivore diet so can't have sauces and or sugars let alone any vegetables. Food was delicious.

The restaurant maintains a straightforward, no-frills atmosphere focused primarily on takeout and efficient service, which suited my preference for a substantial meal without unnecessary complexity.

The standout dish for me was the Mongolian beef served over pan-fried noodles. The beef arrived tender and properly seared, coated in a well-balanced savory-sweet sauce that carried subtle notes of garlic and mild spice without overwhelming the meat. Placing it over the pan-fried noodles elevated the entire plate. The noodles possessed a pleasing contrast of crisp edges and softer centers, allowing them to absorb the sauce effectively while retaining structure. The portion was generous, providing more than enough for a single meal with leftovers remaining. This combination of textures and flavors made it the most memorable item of the order.

I also ordered the fried shrimp with mustard sauce. The shrimp were plump and cooked through, encased in a light, crisp batter that held its crunch reasonably well. The mustard sauce provided a sharp, spicy contrast that cut through the richness of the fried coating and enhanced the overall flavor. Served as part of a combination or as a side, the shrimp complemented the other dishes without dominating them. “Stopped by today for a brookie, was immediately greeted by staff and met with lots of smiles 😊 there are many treats and drinks here, from chocolate to sweet and sour gummies. Lots of fun candies, drinks and toys to make a gift basket with. Stuffed animals and keychains are very good quality. They also serve ice cream there and the prices will not break your wallet lol it’s a little cramped in there but overall a nice treat for the family“

“Pi day March 14 around 130 pm. I want to put it out there and I will also let the company know. The young man who was assigned to keep pieology clean at Clovis and Herndon yesterday was doing a stellar job. Every few minutes he disinfected both sides of the entrance door thoroughly. He’d then do all the counters and hit each table and chair as people left. He was non-stop moving, using new rags when needed, doing a thorough job and remained friendly and upbeat. I was impressed“
