I frequent Jack in the Box late at night, but my experience has been mixed. Occasionally, the order is incorrect, and notifying the staff can lead to frustration they don’t like it when you tell them your order is wrong. Moreover, there’s an odd practice at the pickup window where they ask me to reverse, seemingly to reset their timer. This adds an unusual touch to the overall experience.
New spot so everything is still pretty clean. Customer service is terrible seems like all the girls their hate their job and don't want to be there. Homeless people all over the place and you will be asked to leave if you stay more than 30 min even if you ordered food. Bathrooms require a code and you can tell the staff gets irritated when you ask them to unlock the door. Food does come out fresh and pretty fast.
