“Run, don’t walk to this family owned and operated gem in Huntington Beach. This review is coming from someone who is Persian and this is one of the best Persian restaurants I’ve been to in southern CA. There are some tables inside and a couple outside, but if you have a bigger party, I would suggest ordering it and walking down to the beach and eating it, perfect spot. I will definitely be back, I loved it!“

“Food Courts restaurants are NOT my favorite places to order food. I just didn’t know ad I was visiting the area where I found ZOOD online search.
At any rate, my order was

To my pleasant surprise, BOTH the Cucumber Yogurt along with the Tahini sauces were tick in consistency as they’re supposed to be. They were NOT watered down like most other Mediterranean restaurants.
Their online order system was easy to place your order. In my case, I used “Clover” application as my favorite whenever the restaurant gives this option.

“We have always used Hatem restaurant for all of our Family events. I promise you every single time we have used Hatem restaurant The service never changes. From quality of food, Customer service, Quantity, And most importantly the staff. This restaurant Hands down Has never changed. We love this place and wish it always success! “Been coming here for years for lunch with co-workers. Come here once in a while with my wife for dinner. The place had a kind of Parisian bistro atmosphere in the evenings. There are many Persian delights on the menu, but I come for the Fesengen. Service is always friendly and excellent. Sometimes I call it in and pick it up on my way home to eat at home.“

“Shout out to Baran Mediterranean restaurant. We had a superbowl/ 50th birthday party yesterday and everything was literally perfect. Food/staff/ decorations/ cake, everything was perfect. There's nothing I would change or do differently. We had a party of 80 and everyone has been texting today saying how good the food was. Go try them out, you won't regret it. Owners are pretty amazing too, super friendly and down to earth. Thank you Baran!!!!❤️“

“Food is tasty and authentic. I ordered the beef Soltani to go. Koobideh was well seasoned and so was the barg aka filet mignon.
Salad Shirazi was very tasty and so was the mast mouseer. I would put this place up against Shamshiri any day.

“Hands down one of the best kebabs I’ve ever had! The meat was juicy, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly. Their sauces and sides hit the spot too. Super friendly service and clean setup I’ll definitely be coming back. If you haven’t tried Pennie’s Kebab yet, you’re missing out!“
