Amazing cheese tarts! The desserts are incredibly light and perfectly sweet—just right! I visited the Westfield Valley Fair Mall fairly late today and, as it was my first time in San Jose and trying these desserts, I asked the employee about the products and what the texture was. He kept referring to each item simply as a “strawberry cake” or “cake” in a condescending way when I was trying to get more detailed descriptions.
