Great food, ordered chicken and steak bowl and everything tasted great.
My wife and I love their food, but they have huge quality issues. One day it's perfect and the next the lettuce is old and there is a piece of chicken in the queso. Another time they forget the salsa in my meal. They are just inconsistent with the quality of their food.
Chipotle burritos are as good as they can be for Chipotle. What I don't understand is why the chips for the queso blanco are so stale. Every time I buy them I expect they finally make new ones, or at least maintain them in a place where they stay crunchy, and again you bite it and end up to be a chewy crunch. Fix it for once please!!!! How difficult that can be...
