Great hot dog - the frank itself is delicious, the bun is a good brioche-y mix of fluffy and moist, the toppings and combos are great and mixed with some off beat bottled sodas. All served out of an airstream on the side of the road. All around great spot.
The chili and Mac dog was phenomenal…. I ordered both a chili and a Mac dog to try both but he served me a chili Mac dog. I wanted to try them separate to give my opinion and I know it’s wasteful cause I wouldn’t have ate it all. But im happy he did the flavors on the Mac and chili you can tell were homemade by someone who knows how to cook! The buns are locally made and my god they are good! Super nice guy making delicious hot dogs on the soquel frontage road (soquel Ave) guy thanked us for our patience even though it was extremely fast and then checked to see how everything was tasting even though we were a little ways from his cute airstream on some benches (there are some benches nearby where you can enjoy your dog) my girl and I both got the Chicago dog, YUM!
