Between that and their service, it's why we keep coming back. We live nearby and like to come in when I have a craving for their eel rice plate. I don't know what it is about their eel. It's better than some excellent sushi I've had and I would consider buying it if they put it in the menu a la carte.

My partner gets the Build Your Own plate. Sometimes we get a macaron ice cream. Sometimes we get a drink. It depends on our mood, but either way, it's always solid.“

“It’s a pretty good place to grab poke for quick bite. I will not say it’s the best I ever had, but it’s above average. Got the “Happi Salmon” which you get to choose the base white/brown rice, or salad, Come with miso soup. The salmon if definitely on the small side but pretty good.“

The staff was incredibly patient and took the time to walk us through the menu, helping us navigate the variety of proteins and sides for our poke bowls. “It was good. I really enjoyed my poke bowl, and so did my asian mother who actualy doesn’t enjoy very much of anything not Chinese. My mother was kicking and screaming when I suggested the hanger. She was originally going to go somewhere else but I was very surprised when she brought a poke bowl back to our table. And she liked it. I ate a large, ate a half of a bowl, and brought the rest home. Put it in the fridge and took it out and just ate it and it was good! Some places the rice and other stuff isn’t good quality anymore, but nope this was just dandy. I got the brown rice, the salmon, albacore, spicy tuna, and octopus. I got most of everything. Got the asian sauce and the spicy mayo. I am accustomed to having poke bowls not as often but sometimes. But for my mother who I didn’t think would like it, to like it thats pretty good. It was her first time eating a poke bowl too.“

Not sure what the previous reviewers have been complaining about. But I have had no such issues/experiences. I can only assume the issues are greatly exaggerated, or they have been properly addressed. I will definitely be coming back here often.“

“It’s only a few places that I can say that I love their Ramen and this is one of them. This is my first time trying Ramen hub and I’m impressed. Authentic flavor, just the right amount of everything. Real FRESH seaweed is a bonus, plus the perfect serving size. I love it, I will definitely be ordering here again.“

“If you’re looking for freshly cooked food, stop here. This place is a little shop hidden in a shopping center. It wasn’t crowded on a Saturday afternoon about noon when I entered. The gentleman immediately asked if I wanted to order while he put together another order. As I reviewed the menu, I ordered chicken bowl and some soup. The food took a little bit of time to get but I was okay knowing that my food was cooked to order. The gentleman did mention that I could call it in before picking up. The price was about $14 to $16 per item and we got it to go. The food was extremely hot so be careful handling. The only thing I would look to change would ask for the teriyaki sauce be separated as the rice soaked up the sauce leaving my chicken a bit dry…. but still tasty. They even give you little candies and I also received a punch card for future orders which was fun and will be returning.“

My husband and I tried it at home and it was spectacular! Came back today and they were so generous in the quantity. I could say the best poke place I’ve eaten! “Awesome first experience! The traffic on Eastern had me turn into this food court. I've been to the green olive but decided for the Benton box at Poki N Roll. The tempura was lightly breaded and crispy. The portion of chicken and rice was very generous and I liked that the chop the chicken. Paola was very warm and welcoming. Thank you so much to the BOH and FOH for the great food and service. I'll be back to try other menu items.“

It is a hole in the wall type place with Hawaiian style poke & other Hawaiian dishes.
I had the sweet & spicy ahi and salmon combination with rice, and it was excellent, in my opinion. Also, the service was quick and really friendly.

“Best poke place in the area! Service is quick, staff is always friendly, the food is good and prices are reasonable.

Along with the flavor, another one of my favorite things about this place is they are not skimpy. I usually get a large and can spread it out over two days because it is so filling. The fish scoops are packed and they hook it up with the toppings and sauces.“

“The food itself was good, but the service could be improved. I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but I was made to feel uncomfortable for asking basic questions about the toppings. I was the only customer there at the time, and even after explaining I couldn’t read the labels without my glasses, the responses felt dismissive. At the end, the tip screen was positioned facing the employee, which offered no privacy and made the situation feel awkward given the interaction.“

The only complaint was that we couldn't get an extra empty bowl or plate to split our meal without being charged another bowl. That was ridiculous. Other than that, awesome place.“
