“Absolutely love the amazing customer service . They make every drink with love 💕 a big shout out to the young man working there that just made my day with his kindness. It was worth the 2,500 miles I traveled to have it.“
“I went into simple café with my wife and my mom. I was greeted with a very gracious hello and a smiling face. The gentleman upfront looked to be New however he was very kind and helpful in ordering our food and drinks. I got the vanilla latte for My Wife and a breakfast burrito, 🌯 I’m telling you it was definitely worth it. I met a young man in there as well who is an artist that frequently visits simple café. Everyone there that we met was very kind and generous.
If I live closer, I would come here more often. However, even just my first experience here was fantastic and I would definitely come back if I’m ever in town.“

“I agree with what others have stated in their reviews and would only add the following:
Open early and they keep consistent hours.
The baristas appear to be knowledgeable about espresso drinks and they make excellent drinks.
The shop has ceramic/glassware for those of us who prefer to enjoy our coffees inside the coffee shop and with a warm mug or cup in hand.
They have inside seating, patio seating and even a counter top area.
Highly recommend others to try this gem.“

“Parking: Plenty of close compact parking where drive-thru customers may be forced to linger behind your vehicle. Big trucks can park a little further away in the shared shopping center parking. It's all convenient and safe parking.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of open space inside and outside.“

“They have a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I walked in, excellent customer service, and delicious products. I had their Reese’s Peanut Butter protein smoothie and my fiancé had their Gummy Bear energy drink. Both so full of flavor, and no sugar!! Can’t wait to try their protein waffles! Eat good. “I go to CHA 101 literally everyday, and I have a goal to try all their drinks, and I just take the drink they have on the counter for free tasting. I honestly have never tasted a bad drink from them! This shop is VERY MUCH recommended to all~!“

“Easy to find on the Foodmax Shopping Center close by the 101 freeway. The best of both worlds delicious doughnuts and deli sandwiches as well as pan dulce and tortas. They also have hot chocolate coffee and champurrado. A good fast stop when on the road easy access and easy way back on the road for truckers on both sides off the 101 freeway.“

“Was in the area and searched for a coffee shop and Canela Cafe came up. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have a great selection of coffees and pastries. I had the Mexican mocha and it was so good. I shoudlve ordered a few different ones to try cause they looked delicious. Will have to make another trip to Santa Maria.“
