have the best trained staff at any McDonalds across the land. The manager & assistants are gems of professionalism. They are attentive & groomed in excceptional customer service. The employees as well each facillitate the preparation of fresh accurate orders delivered in a friendly manner.“
“2 of the employees were very nasty. Extremely rude and very unprofessional they were arguing with me when I complain to the manager I was calm I was very Profesional they mistreated me a they acted like trash people OMG ..we are in santa monica not in getto area they have no respect towards costumers only those 2 employees and Asian guy and a Hispanic guy“
“they have a one hour dining limit so it makes the place uncomfortable, but the food was ready almost immediately.. we did order from the app though so..
Update: we did end up being able to stay longer than an hour so that was nice. The food was quick and completely fresh. They also have sundaes, which is something I've never seen at a mcdonalds before“
