We're often quick to complain when something goes wrong in places like this, but we rarely take the time to acknowledge the people who show up with great energy, work hard, and deliver excellent customer service. “Chicken is delicious as we all know everything fried and breaded is always good. Lol. 4 stars because they are always out of something at this location, if its not chicken patties for the sandwiches is salsa or an item from the side order menu.“

“I got a chicken avocado burrito the one piece of avocado was green and terrible it was full of bean juice that leaked out all over the bottom it had lettuce in it which was terrible. Worst burrito I ever got from El Pollo loco. Update. El Pollo loco reached out to me with concern about my post. They were very professional and I am definitely going to continue eating at El Pollo loco. It was just one bad one. PS it was a chicken avocado burrito which is my favorite and it just got made improperly that day.“
