What a great coffee place! Nice and clean inside, quite. Plenty of room to wait for order inside or out, social distancing practiced. Very friendly staff, the barrista made a great cup of coffee. And they have delicious bakery items, all wrapped up nicely. Cute shop next to railroad tracks.

Flying Goat Coffee was third wave coffee was before it was in. It's off Railroad Square, by 101 and the California Visitors' Center. They're open late into the night, so if you need coffee to fuel an hourlong drive, they're the place to go. It's a clean, friendly, welcoming spot- the ideal coffee shop. This is the far more sophisticated of the two coffee spots flanking the light rail station. Parking is a a few spots in front, the associated light rail lot or whatever you can find on the street. Usually one or more of these options will be open when you arrive. Inside it's quiet modern and brightly lit.
