“Usually the customer service at Starbucks is mediocre at best and often times my drinks are messed up—but this location is spot on! A super sweet Barista named Simone made a super yummy drink for me and recommended something different from the menu. She was so personable and kind! I will be coming back!“
“This Starbucks is great! There are two Starbucks locations close to my work and I always prefer this location over the others as the drinks are made the quickest, the staff is always very nice and the atmosphere is the most pleasant. Anna helped me today and she was so nice. Great customer service should be commended and she deserves a raise.“
“It’s located inside the Target but actually pretty quiet, considering the checkouts are right outside the dining area. It’s got a large south facing window that gets kind of hot during summer. I like to get a water with just a little lemonade and peach or raspberry syrup; just to flavor it a little so I actually drink it. And the staff did the perfect amount of lemonade and were happy to make it; sometimes at other locations they get weird about making the additions to water.“
“This is one of the best Starbucks I've patronized. The manager has obviously trained her staff in every aspect of customer service. One employee in particular, Angie, is outstanding. There have been several occasions in which I have entered, I am immediately greeted by name and my order is ready to go within a couple of minutes. Angie knows exactly what I'm having. Keep up the great job. 🙂“
“I rarely leave any reviews on anything weather good or bad but this morning I felt I needed to share a moment I experienced at this local Starbucks. Today 7/13/25, around 8 am, I went to grab some Starbucks with my daughter. The first thing I noticed was the barista working on her own and tending a line of at least 6 costumers. She was working very hard trying to complete the order but you could tell she was overwhelmed being the only person working. When a costumer asked of why she was working by herself, she stated she had a late call off and wasn’t able to replace the staff member. When it was my turn to order, she put on a smile and proceeded to be professional, and kind. I asked if I could leave a tip because I was paying with card and she told me unfortunately not with that system, only cash. I eventually came back to my car and luckily I had cash to thank her for having such a positive attitude under the circumstances. I hope corporate sees this and recognizes her. I believe her name is Mila, hopefully I spelled it correctly. And they should definitely change the way they’re allowed to receive tips because people rarely carry cash now a days.“
“I always love starbucks for their great drinks and open bar attitudes, in this awesome place you can sit and charge your phone with some Wi-Fi or use the restroom without asking for a key. The staff is always lovely and kind. I will always love a starbucks.“
“First time in this morning. The girls were super sweet and looked professional and clean in their all black clothing (which matched the gothy girls plugs and tats 👍🏻) I asked what the new trendy drink was but there wasnt one so i got the oatmilk thingy😛❤️!
Made for a great morning“
“I arrived right at 9pm when they closed in the drive-through, and they were perfectly willing to take my order after I had a late night at the vet hospital. It was a positive little bonus that they were Willing to let me and my son get some hot sandwiches that we love from Starbucks. Thanks Starbucks.“
“I’ve never been to this Starbucks before, and I really like the layout of the store. The drinks were good, there was plenty of room (never super duper crowded) and all the workers were very polite and friendly. First of all, let me start by saying this was just a minor inconvenience and it didn’t really effect my experience. When I was entering the Starbucks I couldn’t help noticing a bike sitting directly in front of the front entrance, blocking it so that one had to go around the side to enter the building. Not a huge problem, but just a heads-up that it may be most convenient to enter through the side entrance. The drinks were really good, but they accidentally added coffee to my friends drink. (Turns out its better with coffee, according to my friend). It takes a long time for your drink to come up, and the quality of my Frappuccino was a little less than other places I’ve gone to-nonetheless, it was still very good, and overall my experience was very pleasant. Nice people, not super crowded, pretty good drinks.“
“I come here every Monday around 11am and there’s a barista that goes by Em and another that goes by Liz. Liz and Em are absolutely amazing. They’re super welcoming and they’re the reason I love coming to this Starbucks even though it’s across town from where I live. They also always make the best drinks and even offer all the options when it comes to making my 2y/o niece a drink. Definitely my favorite place.“
“I love this Starbucks! I've visited daily for almost a year now and have never had a mistake in my order. My favorite staff works the early morning, but everyone I've interacted with here have been friendly and helpful.
Kid-friendliness: My 7 year old loves this location and will often request to get the mobile order independently. Staff always helps her and will even hold the door as she's walking out with full hands.“
“Parking: Parking is very hard to find and you will most likely have to walk a block or two from any available parking, unless you're VERY lucky and get parking just outside,
Wheelchair accessibility: This building is wheelchair accessible, however there is no handicap automatic door opener.“
“It was a long, kind of grueling day you could say. I wasn't expecting a trip to Starbucks to transform my mood from humdrum, worn down to rejuvenated and smiling. I attribute this transformation largely in part to the naturally kind, warm personality of Danijel at associate at store 760 on Stony Point Rd next to Chase & Wingstop in the Chevron / Little Caesars Plaza (across the street from Burger King, Food Max, and Ross).
It sometimes seems rare to have an intelligent, young person willingly take their time and make an effort to be helpful. Danijel was very helpful and somehow his light hearted demeanor was exactly what I needed to feel better about the world for now and turn my night around and make it a good one... why not?!
Parking: 1 to 2 in front of store, and about 20 more shared spots available just a short distance from the store's entrance.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are not forgotten here and the menu and ambience reinforce this notion.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp and it's all one story.“
“The Starbucks baristas are very friendly and hardworking despite appearing to be short handed. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but they do try to get people's orders out in a timely manner. (Although it seems that most people are already aware of the wait time and are okay with waiting a few minutes) Thank you for your hard work baristas!“
“There was a very long line at the drive thru. The car that was waiting for her drink was there forever when they could have her park her car instead of holding up the line for the rest of us at the drive thru. That's the reason for the 2 star for sevice.“
“I ordered at the wrong location on my mobile order and the girls working were so sweet and could tell I was stressed. My two boys were with me and running around like wild animals and the girls helped me get everything sorted out they were very sweet.“

“Waiting over 20 minutes for our in-house order, a mobile order was having the same issue. They are busy, but have six wait staff. We let the staff know several times and were blown off. We were not asked if we wanted or given a receipt. The checkout girl did not ask our name either … we had to tell her and she didn’t write it down. We had paid cash. It wouldn’t have been so bad, but staff was rude and inefficient about handling the situation. When I came a few days, lights were on , but doors locked and sign said closed. This sore was great when I was here five weeks ago … what happened ??♀️very disappointed.“
“Great staff, orders made and served quickly. Only serious problem is the large number of homeless that frequent this location. The number of seating is much less than the number of homeless, so getting a nice place to actually enjoy your coffee, u may want to look elsewhere. If you're ordering to go, this location is “
