“How does this Starbucks have such low reviews? Everyone is so incredibly kind and helpful and lovely! I go out of my way to go to this Starbucks. Their customer service is on point! I once forgot to say oat milk (which was completely my fault), and I said I'd repurchase the drink, as milk makes me so sick I couldn't enjoy. They immediately remade on them. Brittany, the manager, is friendly and engaging! Huge shoutout to Via, Jack, and Olivia--awesome individuals who are always incredibly friendly and fantastic as I'm going through the drive thru. Yesterday, when I went for drinks, they had encouraging stickers on the lids, and I almost cried. I needed such positivity, and I love that they did this!“
“The gentleman name "Imanol" is by far the best barista ever, so nice and helpful and a great sense of humor, the whole morning team is and always has been very nice, if you want great drinks and customer service please visit the morning crew, I've seen employees at the Starbucks that treat the Starbucks staff poorly but in my case they are awesome!!!!“
“Location is central and next to freeway so navigation and ease of access are there. Nice people, can get a bit busy at times due to location and it's size, bit still the same Starbucks cup of joe.Parking: Lots of spots it never fills up.Kid-friendliness: Just as friendly as the rest of Rohnert Park...The friendly city!Wheelchair accessibility: The curb is ramped just as all businesses and street corners have been required to do as of...many years ago.“
“Pistachio latte season. I never thought Id crave a pistachio drink, sounds like too much flavor or the wrong flavor for my morning coffee but i wqs wrong. It doesn’t taste too nutty and I’m not sure id guess it was pistachio unless someone told me.Starbucks is a good , consistent coffee and fast food style breakfast as well as healthy options.Vegetarian options: I also am a fan of the impossible sandwich.. (I never thought I’d eat fake meat , my family is Italian and meat is part of what I grew up eating ) but it’s really good - I actually prefer it over the other breakfast sandwiches and pastries ?“
