Starbucks in Santa Rosa

“This Starbucks feels like a small, local coffee shop. It feels like it's well staffed and the people working here feel genuinely kind. I popped in for a coffee and it was my nephews bday. On the way he asked if he could order a water with whip cream and I advised probably not a good idea. He did anyway and my sister told them it was his birthday. They thought it was silly and made it for him, and put "happy birthday" stickers all over his cup. I left a nice tip and also felt that was very kind for them to humor him. But the stickers and kindness was really cool. On a side note, im from out of town and it seems there's a larger, cascading homeless problem. So much so they stopped stocking the cream and sugar openly and is now added to your coffee upon on request. I couldn't only imagine how tough it is being between a city that can't deal with homelessness, and a business who has to think of creative ways around the consequences of homelessness. Overall incredibly impressed with this place. Well done“

“I had a meeting there. The store was clean and service was good. a classic starbucks but after looking around i felt something missing. It is time for Starbucks to redesign the stores and make them 21st century friendly. through a contest and ask the new generation to help you design the future starbucks the way they like to see it. using led light and sometimes a touch of light effects can make a big difference for a change. Go there!“

“The girl working this morning on 7-29-23 approx 10:30 AM is by far the best Starbucks Barista I've ever experienced. I didn't mobile order my coffee correctly and she offered to remake it for me. That is the best kind of service you can ask for also being very kind & understanding. Much appreciated!!“

“There was a very long line at the drive thru. The car that was waiting for her drink was there forever when they could have her park her car instead of holding up the line for the rest of us at the drive thru. That's the reason for the 2 star for sevice.“

“Always out of cup sleeves. Always. Be prepared to get stuck behind huge door dash orders and have to stand there an eternity to get your one drink. No complaints about the staff they are going as fast as humanly possible and make great tasting drinks. But dang, I wish this site would figure out a separate system for these huge door dash orders. There are two Starbucks locations close to my work and I always prefer this location over the others as the drinks are made the quickest, the staff is always very nice and the atmosphere is the most pleasant. Anna helped me today and she was so nice. Great customer service should be commended and she deserves a raise.“

Literally every single time I've been here these folks have been slammed to the brink of insanity and managed it with efficiency, grace, and excellence. I want to fight whoever left a bad review. It's astounding the sheer amount of volume these workers have to deal with for the entirety of their shift every single day of the week and extra on holidays...and yet....they boss up and manage it every time. “I love this Starbucks! I've visited daily for almost a year now and have never had a mistake in my order. My favorite staff works the early morning, but everyone I've interacted with here have been friendly and helpful.Kid-friendliness: My 7 year old loves this location and will often request to get the mobile order independently. Staff always helps her and will even hold the door as she's walking out with full hands.“

“I arrived right at 9pm when they closed in the drive-through, and they were perfectly willing to take my order after I had a late night at the vet hospital. It was a positive little bonus that they were Willing to let me and my son get some hot sandwiches that we love from Starbucks. Thanks Starbucks.“

“I love coming here because it’s near my work and they always get my order correct every single time. Most of the time I mobile order my drink just to avoid the line but sometimes on my lunch breaks I’ll walk over and order a drink. That’s when I don’t mind waiting 5 minutes. One of my favorite drinks is an ice chai latte with peppermint. I will always come back to this one for sure. Plus the staff there are super nice and Melissa the manager shops at my store so that’s pretty cool.“

“The employees there are great, so cheerful and friendly and makes your day brighter, thank you. Just a thought, if you pay them more money you get better productivity. “So, it depends on which Starbucks you go to, of course. My favorite is the one in Laurel Village on California Street in San Francisco. I moved recently and have been trying out the Starbucks' in Northern California. So far my next favorite is the one in Santa Rosa on Mission and hwy 12. My favorites don't get my order wrong, the fill up the cup not leaving a quarter cup empty, they follow directions and my drink is always to my liking. So my piece of advice is be very clear on what you want.“

“Service has gotten much better over the years, a lot faster and the baristas are always so positive. Coffee it pretty good, I get the same thing everytime, just a plain mocha, but it has been consistently good. I have a dairy intolerance so I appreciate that they always ask if I want whip and when I say no they will ask about a dairy free creamer, instead of just trying to rush me along.“

“The Starbucks baristas are very friendly and hardworking despite appearing to be short handed. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but they do try to get people's orders out in a timely manner. (Although it seems that most people are already aware of the wait time and are okay with waiting a few minutes) Thank you for your hard work baristas!“

“It’s located inside the Target but actually pretty quiet, considering the checkouts are right outside the dining area. It’s got a large south facing window that gets kind of hot during summer. I like to get a water with just a little lemonade and peach or raspberry syrup; just to flavor it a little so I actually drink it. And the staff did the perfect amount of lemonade and were happy to make it; sometimes at other locations they get weird about making the additions to water.“

“Waiting over 20 minutes for our in-house order, a mobile order was having the same issue. They are busy, but have six wait staff. We let the staff know several times and were blown off. We were not asked if we wanted or given a receipt. The checkout girl did not ask our name either … we had to tell her and she didn’t write it down. We had paid cash. It wouldn’t have been so bad, but staff was rude and inefficient about handling the situation.When I came a few days, lights were on , but doors locked and sign said closed.This sore was great when I was here five weeks ago … what happened ??‍♀️very disappointed.“
