“This is one of the best Starbucks I've patronized. The manager has obviously trained her staff in every aspect of customer service. One employee in particular, Angie, is outstanding. There have been several occasions in which I have entered, I am immediately greeted by name and my order is ready to go within a couple of minutes. Angie knows exactly what I'm having. Keep up the great job. 🙂“

“Usually the customer service at Starbucks is mediocre at best and often times my drinks are messed up—but this location is spot on! A super sweet Barista named Simone made a super yummy drink for me and recommended something different from the menu. She was so personable and kind! I will be coming back!“

“I go there on my breaks, i work in the mall, overall they are really friendly, professional, fast, get my drinks in a timely manner, and really great. Highly recommend, if you are in a rush, i recommend ordering on the starbucks app, to just go pick up when it’s ready.“

“It seems like no matter time of day I might drive by, I need to pull in and grab an Americano. I think it's because black coffee allows you to enjoy just the pure taste of it without sugar, flavors, or cream that one can really appreciate the layers of flavor. The Starbucks Americano is the best!“

“The Starbucks baristas are very friendly and hardworking despite appearing to be short handed. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait, but they do try to get people's orders out in a timely manner. (Although it seems that most people are already aware of the wait time and are okay with waiting a few minutes) Thank you for your hard work baristas!“

“Shout out to Vanessa who helped closed tonight. Honestly the sweetest person there. Definitely will be reading here more often. She showed such kindness to a homeless man and to myself . I got a refill and because the drink was forgotten for a lil she still gave me a $4 off card . She was very welcoming and sweet. The others working with her weren’t bad just didn’t feel welcomed by them .“

“I ordered the same coffee every day... why when my cup say 2 pump mocha do I see her pump 4 into it.. the place is great but there are a few employees who just don't pay attention.

“I stopped by very close to closing and the two female employees were so kind! I was coming from Reno and my phone battery died, and needed just enough battery power to get me to place for a car charger they didn't make me feel unwelcome for showing up so close to closing and not once did they remind me to start packing since they were closing within minutes. Their energy beverages are also pretty tasty.
Definitely recommend a visit here.“
