“Solid fried chicken, was very juicy and the fries and biscuit were amazing. I opted for the white meat and shrimp combo, I'd probably skip the shrimp next time (they were good but it was so much food), think the meal and a drink was 27 and change.

Will definitely be back, don't suggest eating inside though it's a bit small and very warm inside.“

“First time trying, didn’t expect to get attitude from the lady wearing glasses serving the food behind the counter. Walked in and patiently waited in line to order only for her to be fed up with us when we were about to order. Still ordered, just now tried a bite of the orange chicken and fried rice. It is pretty yummy and the portions served are perfect for the price. I don’t know what happened to the lady prior to taking our order and can understand if maybe something happened before we had arrived but it was a very unsolicited situation. Would go again for the food, but maybe not due to the service.

“A cost-effective restaurant. The price of hamburgers is cheaper than other restaurants. The potatoes are delicious because they are cut and fried on the spot. Fries taste better when they are well-done. Hamburgers are even more delicious with onions in them.“

The cashier, Ruby was very kind and patient with me and my many questions. There’s another worker gent that won’t stop cleaning whenever he’s not busy. The cook was efficient and his work is delicious and he handed my food over with a smile. The restaurant, while not the newest on the block is plenty comfortable, even for my generally food snobby self, and the covered patio is someplace that I’d generally pay a lot more to eat in. It’s not dusty and that says a lot for a roadside spot.

This place deserves to be kept in mind next time I want a simple burger, fries and shake instead of sushi!“

“Have not been here in at least a decade. We went for the new Angus steak sandwich. Counterperson seemed annoyed because we had questions about the menu. The sandwich is okay. If you don't want peppers OR onions, you get neither so I'm assuming they are mixed together. There's plenty of meat to fill the sandwich roll so that was good. It's chopped beef so if you're expecting the typical shaved steak, this is not that. Shockingly pricey but I do not eat at these types of food places so I don't know if that's in line with the going rates for other fast food restaurants. The white cheddar mac and cheese is okay, curly fries were good, orange shake was my favorite part of the meal. Just under $50 for 2 adults to eat there. 2 meals, shake, mac and cheese. Yikes!“

“Luckily I stumbled across this taco spot instead of going to In-N-Out one day. Safe to say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made! This taco spot is super clean, super fresh, super friendly, and all around perfect. I feel like if I close my eyes and you told me I was in Mexico again, I would believe you. The tacos are that good! “I had the Chicken Mix Bowl with the smokey chipotle sauce and it was AMAZING. I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and soy so being able to not worry about that with my meal was so nice. I also have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and have a really hard with certain textures, usually chicken is really hard for me to eat but I had no issues with this chicken!! The texture was consistent all the way through, pulled apart really easily, and was just overall amazing. The portions are really good and the food is very flavorful. I'm really happy with my meal. Thank you guys for the amazing food. I highly recommend this place!!“

“It's a solid Taco Bell location that's reasonably priced for the area, probably the best value meal you can get compared to other fast food. Rarely a full drive-through. They've always hooked me up with lots of toppings and always get my orders right and give them out quickly. The drive-through staff are friendly, I even have an inside joke with the guy who recognizes me.“

“I walked in at 9:50 p.m. and they close at 10:00 and I've worked enough service jobs so I felt bad for the employees and apologized that I was showing up so late but they were extremely kind and friendly and said they were more than happy to make my food.

Monceis was the manager from what I could tell and he is extremely personable and friendly. There was a guy named Chris on the grill and the entire crew was working hard but they were friendly.

The food was great as expected but the service was even better! I got the double bacon cheeseburger with extra mushrooms and fried onions and it was fabulous.

Parking: It can get packed during business hours but there's still plenty of parking!

“For what it is, wienershnitzel offers a decently tasty product, at fair price. I suggest getting the all beef hot dog, opposed to their normal hot dog. The all beef dog has a superior flavor, for a small upcharge. I would also recommend that you ask for light sauces, as they are a bit heavy handed otherwise. You can ask for free mustard and Catsup on the side, in case it's not enough, but it's a messy proposition removing the extra in your car or while you're driving.“

“This place is so good. I never thought I would eat at Firehouse Subs. Went shopping at Safeway and was really hungry. I decided to try it out, and I can't believe all this time I have been missing out!!! These subs are so delicious. My favorite is the Spicy Cajun Chicken sub and the Jamaican Jerk Turkey. The chili beans, the Mac n cheese, and the chicken noodle and loaded potato are sooooo good. The seating area isn't too big, but each time I have been there, not many people come to dine in. So that's a plus. If you are looking for a good sub place with a nice quiet place to sit, then this Firehouse Sub is the place you need to try. The people are nice too and there's parking as well. And a customer only bathroom, which is always clean.

Parking: There are about 10 parking spots near the Firehouse Subs. But it's in the parking lot of other stores so there is plenty of parking.

Kid-friendliness: There are high chairs, and if you get the kids' menu option, you are able to get a plastic fireman's hat.

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheelchair ramp to get up. There's plenty of space to move around a wheelchair inside the shop.“

This location is close to the 13th Street and Oakland Road exits from Highway 101. Unfortunately the city's Homeless Villages Beautification Team still has not picked up the scattered litter in that area of San Jose.

Still an exciting Taco Bell. Great Service Team, Excellent Food Items, and a nice place to Chill Out from the busyiness of frantic San Jose. The restrooms are always tidy and smell fresh and clean.“

Even bathroom is really clean and doesn't smell bad. 2 kiosks to order if busy and no one is there to take order right away but only if in super hurry because they will be there to take your order as soon as they see you finish whatever task they are doing ASAP! Usually, they are online always ready (90%) before I get there, and I am 3 minute drive away.“
