Oxtail: worth working on the bone for, smoky meaty, rich.
Pork ribs: melts off the bone and the muted saltiness of the meat gives you the opportunity to color your flavor palate however you want with their sauce.

The collard greens, Mac and cheese, jalapeño cornbread, and baked beans were solid side choices. For two people two got 2x two meat combos. The owners are dope, vibes are great, and highly recommend you visit!

Also: their potato salad is fresh, perfectly seasoned and less mayo forward to cut the fat of the meat. Their hit is probably their turkey which was so moist, we’ll be getting for thanksgiving!“

“The food here is excellent and the service is impressively fast from ordering to finishing your meal. However, if you’re on a low-sodium diet, this may not be the best option, as the dishes are quite salty.

I’ll also share a personal feeling: at times, I’ve sensed a bit of tension and didn’t always feel fully welcomed. That may just be my own perception, and others may have a completely different experience. I still genuinely enjoy the food and would recommend trying it for yourself to form your own opinion.“

“From Milwaukee WI, visiting CA, came off the SFO Airporter in Petaluma. OMG, found El Roy's Mex truck just by accident. What a find! Needed something to eat, no food since Minneapolis. Only got 4 ?, and they were all excellent! Ten to 15 people in line, others had pre-ordered. I realized very quickly that none of the people at the truck were there by ACCIDENT!!! “First plate-carne asada taco, bean and cheese pupusa, 2nd plate-mix pupusa, bean and cheese pupusa, Loroco pupusa with rice and beans on the side and to go 2 mix pupusas, 2 bean and cheese pupusas. 52$. Yeah pricy! Food was delicious. The Loroco flower is unique tasting and worth a try. The mix is bean cheese and chicharon. Our favorite. We are definitely coming back. Food was hot and the cooks are friendly. You sit outside and look at all the cars driving by as well as people riding bikes down the middle of the road and vendors on trike type bicycles selling pin wheels with Tapatio.“
