“I just found out they took $40 off my debt card to add to my Starbucks card, but I said add $20 not $40 ! Now trying to call them, the phone line is busy non stop. So I guess I’ll have to call the main Starbucks phone number, I’ve never had this happen before. I’m very upset about it, if I hadn’t checked my bank account I would’ve never known. Not too happy with this location right now, I’ve been there lots of times. Usually no problem, but this isn’t right at all.“
“This is my favorite Starbucks location. The baristas are very helpful, fun, kind and do a great job! They always get my drinks and food orders right and always remember me and my dad's orders. I appreciate their upbeat attitudes and quick and speedy turn-around time. They are the best!“
