They work hard and the stress sometimes shows, but I’ve never seen them take it out on customers.Specific shoutout to the girl who’s typically rocking a beanie and working on the blender side. Might not always be chatty, but always on top of her stuff.By far the better of the 2 Starbucks in Sun Valley. Probably among the better Starbucks experiences in the entirety of the San Fernando Valley.“

“I just ordered for the first time today and I must say your food is fantastic! Generous portion with pickles and delicious soft boiled eggs, pickles, puréed fresh tomatoes and a small amount of hot sauce that isn’t too hot. Just right. “First off, the menu was an embarrassment of riches. Even for my vegetarian wife who often struggles to find a lot of options, there were so many options we talked about coming again later today.

I got the rib eye chilaquiles. When it came I was a little disappointed because it was a steak and eggs with some chilaquiles on the side (I thought they'd be some crazy mixed up thing). After I started eating it, however, I decided they could of brought it in a bucket and made me eat it off the floor and I wouldn't have wanted to complain. The steak was cooked incredibly. So much flavor. And the incredibly non-descript eggs were somehow just tastier than normal eggs. I really don't know how they did it.

This is absolutely going to be our new main breakfast spot.“

“Republik Coffee is as solid as it gets. It has good food, good coffee, and a good ambiance, which makes it a great hang out spot.The breakfast burrito, an almond danish, and a hazelnut cappuccino. It's not a large breakfast burrito, but I felt like all off the ingredients were good quality. The danish was good,and the cappuccino was solid as well.“

Coffees are made to perfection with many flavors offered. Serving sizes are reasonable and everything is delicious and presented beautifully, even artfully. “I stopped in to try the coffee and check out the shop. The coffee itself was good and they had some decent food options. The atmosphere is nice, nothing too over the top. Lot of folks on their laptops, but not overly crowded. The employees were super friendly and courteous.

“Magnificent, we came on the advice of a friend and we are not disappointed, a little piece of France 10,000 km away during our stay in Los Angeles, the croissants and pain au chocolat are exquisite, I didn't even didn't have time to take a decent photo so we rushed to take a bite of it! In short, I recommend it to everyone, a must-have for delicious croissants or pain chocolat!!! They also make sandwiches and other pastries that we haven't tried but we'll definitely come back!

“I’m from out of town visiting family and wanted to have a little doggy date and found this AWESOME gem. Did a walk/loop around Occidental college then came for a pumpkin spice chai and empanadas. Love that they have vegan and vegetarian options for us two legged patrons, but it’s the enclosed dog area for all the four legged furry friends to roam free and enjoy sniffing that won my heart.
Pretty sure I was the only person who doesn’t come every weekend and I can see why there are so many regulars. Thank you for this wonderful space for our furry family ??“

“We came to Tortoni on a nice July day and indulged in a refreshing nutty latte and pumpkin caramel latte. We only had 15 minutes on the street parking meter, as there is no good parking nearby, so we couldn't enjoy the atmosphere fully. However, the small amount of time we spent in the cafe waiting on our lattes was quite pleasant. We'd also like to note that the service was incredibly quick, it was just a flash before my nutty latte was ready. While I was waiting, I was thoroughly amused by the delectable assortment of refrigerated drinks. I will definitely be coming back to try one of those. So many options! “Visiting from out of town and needed a coffee break. Out of the many coffee spots in the area, I’m glad I chose this one! It was busy around 3pm, but service was quick and friendly. The vibe is very relaxed.

I got an iced dark mocha with oat and an extra shot. Strong! But tasty. Also got the feta Mediterranean sandwich. A little too much feta for my liking, but extremely fresh! Cute patio area outside, and there was a live band in the plaza! 5 star experience. I’ll definitely be back if I’m ever in the area!

Inside and outside seating, friendly staff, wonderful coffee, and my favorite is the breakfast smoothie with banana and peanut butter. Clientele is classy and considerate, the staff is top shelf! Parking is a bit of a challenge, but I typically walk here and love taking a stroll up and down Riverside Drive.“

“Ooh, what a lively place. It is a packed place even on a late Thursday morning, but the food is quite good.

I had the avocado toast with two poached eggs and it was tasty. I added a sprinkle of pepper and it was set to go. Definitely interested in trying the rest of their menu.

Everything was superb, the only thing I would complain is that when the waitress asked what celebrity I wanted on my latte, I said "P.Diddy" and she would not allow this ??? her response was "we don't allow that here, we won't allow that anywhere!"“
