“The signal Hill SB on California and spring has good location in safe area with ample parking . Good clientele mix with students , biz ppl, working ppl. Locals. Good but not great outdoor seating because it's next to drive thru. In good warm days and calm nights having coffee outdoors is very good in that location.“
