Lack of customer service!
Manager aka short guy cooking refused to accept the bogo offer on the app saying it’s supposedly not working even though I showed him the custom app coupon and he didn’t want to scan it or manual override it since they’re franchise locations.
This location is a joke and unfortunately only one near my work! 😤
