What an absolute gem! The sushi...WOW! So fresh. So creative. Sooooo delicious! The team is welcoming and attentive. We love it so much it is our weekly date night.
Best sushi in Solana Beach!
Sushi are good and fresh but the place is loud and not cozy. People are fantastic and parking is not easy

Encore Sushi is a new neighborhood spot and feel like an absolute gem. The sushi is incredibly fresh, creative and sooo delicious. The quality of the fish is amazing and the roll with hot honey is a favorite roll for all. Nigiri bites are great and pictures speak for themselves. The team is welcoming, friendly and attentive, and the staff are friendly, attentive and welcomed every guest from the moment they walk in. The bar with an extensive draft beer selection is one of the best seen at a sushi restaurant with something for just about everyone’s taste. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, great for a weekly date night or a large table of people. Great specials are during the soft opening and the full menu will be out soon. The service is quick, the food comes out quickly and the drinks selection is good. People love the crowd, the fun atmosphere and say they will definitely go back.
