Great food and our server was wonderful
Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Great atmosphere and wonderful food. I had the pork special and my husband had risotto and we both loved our meals. We both loved the almond cake. Wonderful place!!
We have eaten at Cafe La Haye before but never reviewed. It is important to acknowledge a well run restaurant. We had dinner for 4. Service is excellent and efficient. Great list of wines and a good blood orange spritz.
Food quality is great. Risotto specials are always innovative, pork shop was perfectly cooked and the gnocchi special was very good.

The presentation of the entrees and salads is excellent, and there is a great selection of wines to pair with the meals. The restaurant has a lively atmosphere with a small, cozy dining space and high ceilings that make it feel quiet and comfortable. Starters such as the arugula watermelon salad and braised short ribs with pastry and vegetables are very good. The Ceaser salad is made to perfection, and the burger features fresh, delicious, juicy meat with amazing cheese and local farm sweet tomatoes on the best bun. The heritage pork chop continues to impress, living up to its reputation, and the sole is cooked expertly, showcasing the chef's skill. The apple crisp dessert is fantastic, and the apricot crisp with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce is unforgettable. Guests highly recommend the mango sorbet from nearby Scoops as well.
The restaurant is not really suitable for children, as it is more suited for a quiet dinner. It is a great place for a well-deserved reputation for excellent pork chop and top ingredients, both local and imported. The wine list is reflective of Sonoma, with some nice French options, although it can be a bit pricey. Reservations are recommended, as the place fills up fast.
