“I get food at least once a month delivered from this location. Starbird is my favorite gluten free chicken and the sauces are incredible. As a celiac, this restaurant isn't 100% gluten free BUT they will fry the fries with the chicken to avoid cross-contamination. The staff at this location are always kind when I stop in and very friendly.“

“I wanted to give a positive review for the night manager I believe she was a little older and had grey hair pulled back in a bun - I came in today and there was a misunderstanding around the cost of special and toppings and she resolved the issue correctly - I worked in front-facing store with walk-in customers for over 10 years, and I can say that she handled the situation the way I would have handled the situation, and provided exceptional customer service. There is a name on receipt Tun - so don't know if that is the individual who originally placed order or the manager I spoke to who resolved my issue, but I appreciate the service - and the manager who resolved my issue could easily work as a trainer of managers in a corporate setting to train managers on how to provide exceptional customer service. That would be my recommendation.“
