“Amazing craft roasted coffee. Owner Marcel and the baristas always take time to tell you about the roast and suggest a blend. If you're familiar with Ikon from a farmer's market, it's definitely worth a trip to the cafe, which is located in the roastery. The pour-overs (only available at the cafe) and the chill atmosphere make the cafe my favorite go-to coffee place.“

“I tried their La Pastora pour-over, and was blown away by its freshness and clean flavor. It's a unique kind of caffeination I've never experienced.

The coffee captures the essence of fresh beans, offering a pure, undistracted taste.
I now understand the importance of fresh beans, just like fresh ingredients in cooking.

I haven't been this excited about an honest cup of pour-over in a while, especially compared to heavily branded cafes here in San Francisco. As Carlos, the cafe manager, mentioned, "Fresh Coffee" and "Freshly-Roasted Coffee" are not the same.

“What I love about this café is how it ties together the community. A relaxed corner to have a delicious cuppa and see who is up to what.
If it's the afternoon, you could even enjoy a beer or a kombucha.
Some days you can get amazing empanadas: ask them!
You can buy art here made locally. Etc.“

“Espresso based drinks are always on point and delicious. Matcha is also delicious but maybe some baristas don’t know how to make it and sometimes you end up with a matcha drink made with non-sifted matcha so you get surprise matcha dust balls.“

“I have a long commute with a connection at Glen Park BART. When I missed the shuttle today my consolation/reward was a trip to Bello Coffee & Tea while I waited for the next bus. Where else can I get a seahorse latte? And the barrista made the best tasting latte I can imagine! I may have to make a habit of missing the bus!!“

“I live around the area and always make a stop here whenever I can. My favorite is the macchiato which is very tasty and has a good caffeine kick on it.

Service is fast and friendly, they also have chairs outdoors to enjoy the sunshine while enjoying the drink.

If you want delicious coffee, and you are in the Central Sunset, by all means skip Starbucks and any of the other coffee options, and give Snowbird a try. You will not be disappointed!“

“A long time business customer here! Originally discovered Henry's randomly online about 7 years ago. After sampling a few bags, our company founder was so impressed that he flew across the country to meet with the famed roasters. Their fruitful meeting spilled into a multi year collaboration where the Phinix brand proudly carries a custom variant of Henry's Coffee in New England.Most recently, we tried the limited edition roast, and it was fabulous. Bold, rich, but not overwhelming. We like to brew our coffee mild and smooth, so fine grind is important to us. Also the new packaging is thoughtfully made and easy to reseal.Very impressed by the consistency and quality of Henry's over the years. These guys are masters of their craft. Clearly a family generational legacy. Bravo! We recommend to try the new Limited Edition!“

“First let me say this place is great, they know their coffee and everything tasted perfect. The staff is attentive, great customer service and the hand painted coffee cups are very unique. Sitting on the second floor you can overlook the entirety of the cafe and watch the barista roasters having fun chatting while making coffee and the guests in their own leisurely state.“

“My go-to coffee shop in the Jack London area. Great espresso drinks, cold brew, and pastries. Big fan of the vanilla oat milk latte and the ham & gruyere croissant. The new location is nice and modern, with plenty of seating. I love the menu board with visualizations of each drink option.

Recently had a great customer service experience as well. I'd bought a pound of ground espresso to use at home. When I got home, I found that it had been ground on the wrong setting. I returned to see if I could get it re-ground; not only did they give me a new pound (correctly ground) for free, but they also let me keep the old pound and gave me a free cold brew for my troubles. Shout out Jackie for the great customer service!“

“my iced latte was rather milky so I tried asking them if they could charge me the ~$2 dollars separately for an added shot modification. they insisted that it could only be charged as a stand alone shot ($4.75) which seemed a bit unnecessary.

(and then the lady said something about drinks only coming as "single" shots by default and they had actually "already" used a "double" in mine, whatever that means. I thought most third wavey coffee shops just pull a "double" by default...)

overall, coffee was alright (a bit too milky as mentioned but that can be personal preference) - but why be condescending for no good reason“

“I’m rather surprised by the bad rating because I thought this place was pretty good. Pastries were better than the coffee (get the croissant or one of the muffins) but even the coffee wasn’t bad - especially for an airport. I thought they could have used better seating arrangements but of course it is an airport after all. I would recommend for a little coffee and bite to eat before your flight.“
