“A good Starbucks for the location. Despite being attached to a gas station, it's a fully functional Starbucks. The staff are friendly and they often have some of the more popular food later in the day (the food that sells out at other stores).
Parking: Parking is right out front, shared with the gas station mart.“
“This is one of my favorite Starbucks because Jess, Edel and the rest of the staffs there is super friendly and provide great customer service . If I have to list them all it’s going to be a long list . The whole staff there is so wonderful and kind. They really take the time to get to know their customers. I have no complaints except thank you for making my drinks right and such excellent customer service. I love the positive energy in there so they are the Starbucks A Team ! ??❤️???. Thats why this is my go to Starbucks!“
“It's my belief each person in the service industry legit puts themselves on the line each day to make sure communities and families are fed and have needed supplies during this crazy Covid-19 pandemic. I currently live in Los Angeles, and I can't go home to SSF to help my mom (70's) and grandmother (98 years old) with things like getting groceries and supplies. Too risky, given their ages. From the moment I called, Connie not only provided beyond excellent customer service, she listened to my situation with empathy and, along with Eren, provided easy solutions to help me get my mom and grandmother the supplies they need. Connie handled every single step of the communication process with compassion and grace, and Eren's unquestioning support as a manager for Connie's efforts to assist me are invaluable assets for this store... especially during this time of crisis. My mom and grandmother will be getting what they need, free of any Covid-19 worry, because of their efforts. Not sure how to better review or thank Connie, Eren and this specific location other than to say that their kindness has pretty much guaranteed that whenever my husband and I are in the Bay Area after this Covid crisis is over, we'll pretty much be exclusively grocery shopping at this location.“
“This was quite a nice Starbucks aside from the lunatic singing religious music at the top of his lungs. Crowded store with music playing overhead and one guy decides he's going to put on his earbuds and scream religious music. The staff were friendly service was fast and the food was good.“
“This is a good Starbucks location. No shady characters lurking around. The drinks do take a while for it to come out. I found it weird they served my iced coffee $5.25 in a paper cup as supposed to the regular clear plastic cup. In addition, I ordered a grande for the regular coffee but got a venti $3.75. The bacon sausage wrap $6.45 was OK.“
