“Amazing Boba place! Their drinks are quality here. We got the Matcha tea latte, and the strawberry lemonade with mango stars and they were both so delicious and refreshing! There is a small parking lot and parking is not an issue. We found parking right away. Customer Service was great! Definitely will be coming back here to enjoy and try the rest of their drink items. I definitely will get the strawberry lemonade again it was so yummy!“

“I've tried Dori Boba's drinks twice, and overall, it's been a decent experience. Taro Milk Tea: It was good, a bit sweet for my liking without modifications. The texture, typical of taro milk tea, was slightly grainy but not overwhelming. Boba: Unfortunately, the boba was inconsistent with varying textures--some too chewy, some hard. Seemed like a mix of undercooked, overcooked, and just right. Vietnamese Coffee: Not my favorite; less sweet and a bit bitter compared to what I expected from Vietnamese Coffee. Service has been good, and the cashier is friendly. They offer a 5% cash discount. Despite not being my top choice for boba or Vietnamese coffee, it's conveniently close to work, and I might give it a few more tries. Oh and the interior does have a room for a few people to sit, but I can see how the seating could be uncomfortable if it is really busy.“

“I was charging my car at the charging station. Their restroom is not open public. I understand it there is a lot of expense for them to run a store. However, I just need to use the restroom real quick, but I forgot to bring my wallet. Thanksful the lady let me to use the restroom. It should be a couple running the business. The man spoke me very rude and told me, "Do you know how much rent I m paying to run the shop?" Honestly, even he did not tell me that. I will buy a drink after I get my wallet. When I got my wallet and tried to buy a drink from them. The lady said I refuse to do your business. I have no idea why they did that to me? The owners are Chinese, and I m Chinese, too. Even if I go to any store, ask for a use restroom in that situation that won't be a problem. Why Chinese cannot help Chinese? Why did they treat customers like this way? Do you really happy to humiliate your customer? Very sad. I should give 1 star for what happened to me. However, you allowed me to use your restroom and "no purchase." I cannot rate you 1 star for that. I rate you 5 stars for your kindness. God bless your Boba shop.“

The person at the counter was very nice and helpful. I just felt bad for him because there were 20 other people in the tea spot trying to order or wait for their teas and people kept coming in to order, which delayed the drinks coming out even more. I always order the green tea so I can only speak for that quality and preference because I think Tap Ex tea lacks strength and flavor but that is just my opinion. “I have to knock a star off because they don't have any plant milk options, only that "non-dairy creamer" which has milk proteins in it. They do have a "fresh tea" drink selection so I ordered a rose oolong tea with boba, 70% sweet. It was really good! The tea flavor was strong but properly brewed with no bitterness, and the rose was deliciously aromatic but not overwhelming. Boba were cooked perfectly. It's a shame they have no plant milk options because that eliminates most of the menu for people with milk sensitivity/allergy (and vegans). “It's an unassuming shop that has a good variety of banh mis (sandwhiches) among other typical Vietnamese Deli selections. The sandwhiches were pretty good and fairly priced. They definitely hit the spot when you've got that craving! The staff is very friendly, if a little bit sparse. They do work quickly to get yoru order prepared. I liked their selection of banh mis, they've got the classics and few others for the uninitiated. The bread was great, crunchy exterior and soft on the inside. The shop isn't much, but if you're there for a quick bite it's not that much of a factor - cause all you want is that banh mi flavor! Would return to grab another bite!“

This place is pretty hidden away in a shopping center, and I believe you have to park a bit far away from it, but I can be wrong. They have a bunch of flavors to choose from which is super cool and there is a lot of seating which is perfect if you are going with a big group. The people running the shop were very sweet and helped accommodate my drink since I don't drink whole milk. I tried the Coconut Ice Blend with Almond Milk and Boba, and it was very yummy. “My husband had a company party and I called the night before if there was an option to do catering for 8 people. One of the employees there answered and did her best to answer everything. I ended up getting in touch with the manager (Joyce) and she was extremely helpful. She made sure everything went smoothly. My husband's party was going to be in Encinitas but we live in Santee so Joyce said she could have everything ready in Del Mar where they have another restaurant called Xin Chao Eatery. It was super nice for them to accommodate for us and make things easier so we wouldn't have to stress about the company party. Thank you so much Joyce and Justin for being the best!! “The fries are so delicious! You can’t go wrong with any of them but the bulgogi fries, Hawaiian chicken chipotle, and the poke fries are to die for! “We recently had our wedding and instead of an alcohol bar chose to have a boba bar. We initially shopped around for different stores who could accommodate larger catering orders, and we found SD Boba Tea. We got in touch with Brandy, who was able to arrange a tasting for us where we easily went through dozens of iterations of different flavors and sweetness levels to find exactly what we wanted. We ultimately chose 4 flavors: royal black milk tea, jasmine milk tea, plum oolong tea, and peach green tea. Once we had flavors decided, Brandy was super helpful with making recommendations for volume, timing, etc. She and Jaden showed up early on the day-of to set up (including some of their own decorations, which was awesome!) and were ready to go on time. They both served drinks to our guests (rather than self-serve, which gets messy), and our guests loved them so much that they drank us dry in no time. All the feedback we got was positive, and related to the tastiness of the drinks as well as the high quality service. One note would be that because the store is often really busy, sometimes email communication is a bit slow; this wasn't a problem for us since we had made plans very far in advance, and Brandy always replied after a quick follow up from our end. We'll be visiting again soon for casual boba, and would definitely recommend SD Boba Tea to anyone else planning a large event!“

“I've been to this Kung Fu tea many times but got something different today. I tried the mango slush with 30% sweetness and mango jelly. It wasn't too sweet but the ice wasn't as blended as I wanted it to be. The drink also took awhile because there were several orders and only 1 bobarista making drinks. Although we had to wait a bit for drinks I would still come back for the convenience of living nearby and the variety of flavors offered. I think I'll go with a milk tea or fruited tea next time I visit.“

I tried taro milk tea and got a jasmine milk tea to drink I'm the evening. Stored the jasmine in the fridge for a few hours and the boba held up against the tea and kept shape which was surprising.The service was really great and the person that made our drinks was polite and very efficient. The decor at this place was a little outdated, but there were a few places to sit.
