“Every time I eat at Crack burger i am blown away at how good the burger is. Great meat, bacon jam is so flavorful and it's cooked to perfection. The sides are incredible as well. I find myself craving the white bean chili on cold days. A few weeks ago they had fries, which is rare, they were awesome. This is not a typical "quick lunch". On a day when you have some extra time for lunch, do yourself a favor; grab a seat in the deck, order an ice cold beer and have one of the best burgers you have ever had.“
“From the start Cailyn was super helpful, incredible customer service. As a family that smokes at home we had high expectations to which they did not disappoint!Dino rib, brisket and Mac n Cheese were exceptional! The atmosphere was great, the restaurant was clean, although they didn't have waiters, the staff was helpful.Thank you Cailyn and the awesome guy with the cute hat for all your help! :)Definitely we're returning!“
“This little spot is a straight up delight. Definitely designed to cater to treating yourself, Postres Cafe is an adorable little spot located in downtown Bellflower. While the food comes with a slightly hefty price tag, the quality is worth it. Came in on a Thursday morning, there was one person behind the counter who functioned as a cashier, barista, and server. They did an excellent job and were very sweet. I ordered a Cinnamon Crunch Latte and a breakfast bagel, not entirely sure what to expect. Cinnamon Crunch Latte: Really smooth espresso, with enough milk to mellow the flavor without losing it. It was sweet without being overwhelming, and had lots of rich cinnamon notes. It was tasty and I can share I have the best caffeine buzz right now. Breakfast Bagel: Don't come expecting a bagel with cream cheese, this isn't your typical bagel. Loaded with egg, bacon, and turkey, this is a protein bomb. There is mayonnaise and shredded cheese, which was interesting and I'm not sure how I felt about it at first, but I did wonder up devouring the whole thing. Somehow it worked. Next time, I'mma splurge on the chilaquiles. Definitely recommend this spot, both for solo dining or for an early coffee date with friends. Plenty of seating and an ambiance as sweet as their postres. Go check them out.“
“Congratulations Kenwood's, after another amazing dinner here, you are now officially my Favorite Restaurant in OC!! Just when I think "how could they do better?" Kenwood's has again more than exceeded my expectations. Although the food is great and the atmosphere comfortable and welcoming, the epic service is what really makes Kenwood's my winner. The manager is friendly, engaging and always makes sure you're having a great visit. Our server was so nice, and very attentive. The drinks were back at our table in less than 2 minutes. The food was super fast and our server checked in a couple of times to make sure we were doing well.“
“Came here with friends from work. The food was really delicious and filling! I normally don’t care for hummus, but theirs was good. The sweet potato taters were great as well. The chips were nicely seasoned and the pita bread was somewhat addicting!“
“This place was great! Fresh ingredients and food was well seasoned and delicious. Would definitely come back and try more things on the menu. This was our first time here and we ordered salad, Mac and cheese, and fish and chips. Also very affordable.“
“Great family-run shop filled with traditional bento. By this time, we've tried at least half of the menu and everything is great.Egg salad or katsu sandos are great if you want something simple. But sets of roast beef bowls or chicken nanban are also great. Gyudon or sets with multiple courses if you were really hungry. There's also tempura and takoyaki. So many different options.Call ahead and order if you are short on time. Parking in the lot is fairly easy. Service is great.“
“We showed up with a party of 10 without reservations and we seated in a manner of minutes. The front desk was polite as could be. Our server was patient as we keep changing our minds as we all ordered. Drinks were kept full without having to ask for a refill. Food quality and quantity was fantastic. Lazy Dog continues to be consistent whether in Downey, Torrance or downtown at LA Live.“
“Good variety of food and libations. They respected the history of this location and have several nods to the old Rod’s Liquors. Great location for people watching and right off the square.Parking: Parking garage one block west and a block north“
“The food here is awesome. My daughter got the Waffle & chicken,OMG that chicken was so juicy and tasty. Most fry chicken is over fried and dry. The place gets really busy in the morning hours. Parking is in the back. Also has a patio and it's dog friendly : )Great family restaurantParking: Parking and main entrance - in back.“
“If you want Southern fried chicken this is your spot. They fry in peanut oil at a proper temperature, so the meat is not too greasy. The breading has a nice level of spice to it. Gus's also offers several traditional sides like baked beans, Cole slaw and potato salad. In addition to the standards, collard greens, fried pickles, fried okra and fried green tomatoes are on offer. The sweet tea is just right and the pecan and sweet potato pie is waiting for you.“
“Parking: Very easy even on a Saturday/ Sunday brunch day. I would say to come early to check in on their Yelp waitlist in case their place get's especially busy. If you order all these dishes with a group of 4 people, this will fill you up. Banana Latte: Tasted more of the latte than the banana. Gamberry Rose Pasta: Don't play with the spicy level. It's not death spicy but it's a bit like Shin Ramen spicy. Would not recommend this dish for my non tolerant spicy people. Pasta is wonderful though, sauce was like uni cream, there were bits of masago (tiny fish eggs) to add a nice texture, 2-3 regular shrimp and a jumbo shrimp in the dish. Beet Tataki Salad: Would highly recommend for anyone! The beef was cooked so well, medium rare on the inside and the outside sliced edges were really crispy! Salad was refreshingly and dressed well with their vinaigrette, tomato, and shredded cheese. Gambas: Not my favorite dish. The sliced bread was presented in the skillet so bottom portion of the bread was overly greasy. There was too much olive oil at the bottom of the pan than necessary. Toasted whole garlic and olives, I think the only redeemable feature of the dish would be the shrimp.“
“This place was possibly the best restraunt I ever went to. The manager and her daughter were so nice! Overall the food and atmosphere were throught the roof. *It didn't go through the roof* I loved their delicous phó. 100% would recommend!“
“Went at 5:30-6:30 and there was no one in the restaurant. So as I sat down and ordered the shaken beef with fries not sure what to expect. However when the food came I was quite surprised with the quality, with the beef chunks being perfectly seasoned and tender as can be and the fries being crispy on the outside with a soft and warm interior. I went with family and ordered 5 other dishes, all of which also surpassed all expectations and left us satisfied and collectively agreeing this place is much too underrated for the quality and value of the food.“
“I'm going to tell you the Pure Truth...THE CAKES ARE SO RICH AND TASTY THAT ME AND MY FRIENDS ARE REGULARLY GOING TO ENJOY THEM...it's a very special secret that To tell another truth I would like it if it turned out well. ....SAVED...??? ?“
“Love this location. You rarely have to wait for a table. The service is great. If there is a mistake with your order they are quick to remedy the problem.I love that you can bring dogs! They even have a dog menu!Dietary restrictions: They have a Gluten-free menu. They have very few vegan/dairy-free options.“
“The food here is legit. I know a lot of people prefer BCD Tofu House but Kaju sincerely has a better tofu soup, their broth is so good, and their meats are incredibly good for a place that's specialty is tofu. Sometimes I go for just the spicy pork bulgogi! If you're looking for legit soup and meats, this is the place. The only downsides is that unlike BCD, the only side dish they don't provide is the single small fish and they don't have as many appetizer dishes but that doesn't bother me since their food is so good. There was one single time where the staff was a bit rude though, we were paying and we tapped "No Tip" on the screen because we were about to tip in cash after paying and the lady who was cashing us out asked us quite bluntly, "No tip?" I love the food enough to come back often enough though, lol“
“Drove to the pier, with my beautiful wife, looking for breakfast, specifically biscuits and gravy. I had to pull off onto a side street, to Google, "best biscuits and gravy near me". If you have done the same, then you have read the first two posts of somebody that enjoyed the food at different places but said specifically not the biscuits and gravy. So after some more digging I found Greenstreet Cafe. I'll make it quick don't go anywhere else this is the best spot in Huntington Beach. Best service, best Food, BEST BISCUITS AND GRAVY!!! Search no further. Thank you folks for a wonderful morning ??☀️P.s. unfortunately, by the time I remembered to take a picture, it does no justice to the great taste and presentation.“
“This is one of my go-to spots anytime I'm at the Cerritos Mall and want to get a quick bite to eat. My favorite thing to order is the brussel sprouts and crispy ribs. Can't really find ribs from a chain restaurant anywhere else this good.“
“I have to give a huge shoutout to the yuk dae jang Buena Park!!My favorite was definitely the Bossam and cold noodle!! The meat was So chewy and delicious, and the noodle was perfectly cooked!!The attention to detail in every aspect of the dining experience was truly impressive!!Definitely will coming back to this location!!“
“We hired Asher's BBQ for a school event and they were amazing! The food was delicious, the prices were affordable, and the service was great. I especially like that they do an online ordering service to eliminate time waiting in line. All the families had nothing but great things to say. Would definitely ask them back again.“
“Fresh and delicious.Located inside 2nd & PCH downstairs across from Shake Shack. Came here during the weekday for lunch. Restaurant was clean and was pretty quiet, maybe saw 1-2 ppl while I was eating there.Asked the lady for recommendations, and she was so nice. Ordered the 6 wing combo ( Thai chili). Food was hot and fresh. Wings were crunchy, great flavor, and not spicy. Fries were so good - seasoned well and crunchy. I would definitely get that again.“
“Delicious Korean soup on a rainy night? Count me in!I stopped by tonight for dinner with a friend after craving some soup since it was raining all day and Jong Ro hit the spot!It wasn't crazy packed when we arrived and we were able to get a table right away. We looked over the menu for a few minute and after ordering, we only waited about 5-10 minutes before our food and banchan were brought out to us.I got the soft tofu soup with pork and kimchi and it was comforting and flavorful. It was a great portion and there was plenty of tofu, kimchi and pork inside. The banchan was all fresh and the pork in the soup was soft and tender. Service was also good here with the staff checking on tables often and no one was being rude.Overall, it was a good dining experience and I look forward to coming back again soon for more delicious soup and especially on rainy days!“
“The food here is sooooo gooood!!! I think they have the best bánh mỳ chảo in OC. If it's your first time here, I would recommend you called different types of Bánh Mỳ Chảo depending on the number of people you have. So if you have 3 people then call 1 ribeye & truffle (my favorite one as it's easy-to-eat flavor, 1 Sichuan peppercorn (the flavor might be hard for Vietnamese elders to eat but it's good), the last one can be pork meat ball (I haven't try but it should be good) or beef tenderloin (it's easy to eat and taste good like the ribeye & truffle one too but I think it's little bit salty for my personal taste). And you definitely need to call for 1 more portion of bread for each person because the one they give you won't be enough unless you don't want to get too full.“
“The food and service here is amazing! The wagyu smash burger was so tender and fresh. The chicken parm sandwich had tons of flavor, and paired perfectly with parmesan garlic fries. Would definitely recommend and plan on coming back again soon.“
“Enjoyed some great service from Dan... He gave us some great pointers on what beers to order and introduced us to the beer club which we absolutely love!!! We've been coming here for 4+ years how did we not know about this Gem of a club .. thank you once again Dan !!!“
“Delicious food! The chicken and beef were both good. I got the chicken beef plate so I got a mix. What I can appreciate is that you'd think they would have given me more chicken than beef (since chicken is less expensive) but they loaded up on the beef instead. The macaroni salad is good. It was a surprise that it's a Mac potato salad. I'd come back here. Service was friendly.“
“This Disney Starbucks is packed with people, but they do a great job of keeping the line moving quickly. We even found a little nook in the corner where we had a table away from the crowds and could relax and enjoy our breakfast as well as look out the window at Main Street. The staff here are friendly and professional just like at any Starbucks. This was a nice break!“
“Food: 4* Service: 5* Ambience: 4* Located in a strip mall, right next to a bar. The place appeared to be family owned. Service was great, helpful and friendly. The menu was a melange. A mix of Mexican, and Asian, and a little unfocused. I had the Aguachile de Camaron (Shrinp in spicy green sauce, raw). It was really good, spicy and ample. I would return.“
“I ordered the com tam bi thit nuong dhky. The bi is more fragrant. The dau hu ky here is the best I've had. Liked that the soup comes out hot and not overly msg. Only thing is the pickled cabbage wasn't pickled enough for me. But my mom ate all the pickles, a first for her. She said she liked the bitter crunchiness. Overall, really enjoyed our first visit. Definitely will be back.“
“This neighborhood bar has a fantastic corner location. There are pool tables here, and a full bar. Clean decor and great bartenders here. The food menu is somewhat limited (they had a salad on the menu that they said they actually won't start serving until next month), but everyone seemed to be ordering the wings. I had the burger, and it was fantastic. The drinks were even better. This is a place to explore with the bartender - they have very fresh fruits, and herbs, and bitters, and try to make a new cocktail that appeals to your tastes.“
“Chicken Katsu and rice spicy-taste great not really spicy but packed with flavor. Shrimp and mac salad I would pass. Strawberry pineapple lemonade refreshing a little sugary, but tastes more strawberry than pineapple. Didn’t go in person so don’t know about the service and atmosphere.“
