Right off the beach parking lot with park and seating area, and steps away from the beach itself, Parkside Cafe is a place I fully recommend. Extensive menu helped all in my group feel happy ordering from here. Apparently popular with the local population, too. Fast and professional service. Great beach atmosphere.”

“Good for a quick bite. I like the local feel of the place but it can get very crowded, especially on the weekends so I'm glad for the outdoor tables. I like to stop by when I'm going to hang out near Ocean Beach. The food is tasty!”

They have a good selection of different foods and good portions. You can sit inside or outside decently price place to visit if you want to eat out in Mill Valley.”

“We had been here so many time prior and I love it everytime we’re in the area. The foods quality and freshness are generally consistent throughly the yrs but once in awhile, it just off, we had that couple time. Also just my pov, it is abit declined since the beginning. But they are still delish and got to have it at least one year. Services are the same, mostly great but one in a full moons just the opposite. Overall still an institutional place or landmark for SF and the Vietnamese community for sure. I tried to sit sibling places in SF doentown, BH and South coat plaza and even with the mother cooked in BH, somehow this place still carries the original and most flavorful crab ever.”

“The cauliflower hoagie is an amazing vegan option! Just let the server know you want it vegan and they can also remove the honey. It was absolutely delicious and very filling! The salad and squash dish also pictured are gluten free but not vegan and were also outstanding! Service was great! Waster was so attentive and helpful in working with dietary restrictions and made excellent wine recommendations. Great vibe overall inside as well - will be back!”

“We narrowly missed a 45 minute wait here last week for my birthday dinner. No problems sitting at the bar - service was quick and wonderful. The sushi here is incredibly fresh and thoughtfully designed. I loved the super nova roll and the ocean roll, my partner liked the special roll. We were offered the typical (complimentary) wasabi and the fresh wasabi. My partner said the fresh is much better and worth ordering. We found the prices here to be reasonable especially considering the quality. We can't wait to go back!”

“Well, Marin, you’ve been VERY disappointing in the vegan department, but Frankie & Jo’s single handedly makes up for it. This Seattle-based vegan ice cream company is all about quality—in flavors, texture, and product line—including ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, shortbread cookies, cookie dough to bake at home, and vegan pie crust. Haven’t met a flavor we didn’t like yet. Miso Moon is a standout. And their seasonal flavors are delish too.”

“Of all the Indian restaurants in the Bay Area that I tried, this restaurant has the best food imo. I discovered this place by chance on the way to Napa. After having a full meal, I ordered another meal for takeout because the food was so good. I've been here twice now. It's exceptionally good.”
