“I'm a native New Yorker and De Parsia's is authentic NYC tasting pizza, believe me or try it for yourself. If you're looking for great food, prices that are right and the atmosphere of home, De Parsia's is the place, the owner is so pleasant (I wanted to call him PawPaw).“

“The food was much better at this location the pasta fazool looked like it should. I had been to another location in Vacaville and I actually asked what it was. Breadsticks for hot and fresh and ready to go at the Stockton location. Waitress was friendly and nice atmosphere was same old same old“

“This place is a hidden gem in Stockton CA. My daughter and I both agreed that it's the best pizza we've had. It is very reasonably priced at $11.99 for a small. I got the garlic chicken pizza and she got the BBQ chicken pizza.“

“OMG!!! This place, hands down has the best sandwiches on all of Stockton. Everything is cut right in front of you. The meats look so tasty. My family and I were not disappointed. We were in Stockton 4 weeks due to a family emergency, and ate 4 times at Gian's place. A must try if you ever go to Stockton....“

“I love that almost all the great local wines are available in the bar. The ribs and pesto are my favorite, and have had that more than 100 times. I like the bar and old side. I absolutely hate the new open table area in the the back and refuse to sit there. They need to give that a little more character. It is too open and noisy with poor quality tables and chairs. They could make some large booths and maybe even a curtain around the booths to quiet it down.“

“There’s something strange about the corner in Stockton. Not eerie—no. But... magnetic. Like some hidden force tugging at your hunger, whispering ancient cravings from beneath the cracked sidewalks and flickering streetlights. That force? It's De Vinci’s Delicatessen. And it doesn’t just feed you—it possesses you.
I stepped through their modest entrance on a sunlit afternoon, the door chime echoing like a bell in a forgotten church. The scent hit me first—fresh bread, warm herbs, garlic, and that ever-so-faint, seductive promise of slow-roasted miracles. My order was simple, or so I thought: the legendary Tri-Tip sandwich on their homemade focaccia bread.
Now let me tell you—this wasn’t bread. It was a relic. Thick but soft, crispy edges brushed with oil, speckled with rosemary like some ancient script written by a hungry demigod. The Tri-Tip was piled on like a sacrificial offering—tender, perfectly charred on the edges, the smoky flavor locked in like a spell.
And the minestrone? My God. It didn’t come in a bowl—it arrived in a portal. Each spoonful took me somewhere else. Cannellini beans like smooth river stones. Zucchini, tomato, onion—each vegetable so fresh it felt like it had been plucked from a cursed garden moments before hitting the pot. The broth was deep and comforting, like the embrace of something old and kind... and maybe just a little haunted.
There was, of course, her. The woman on the phone. Loud, obnoxious, the kind of person who thinks everyone’s life needs to hear about her overdue dental work and gym drama. Her voice cut through the room like a rusty saw through Sunday peace. But even she couldn’t ruin the atmosphere. No demon could.
Because once you take a bite at De Vinci’s, you belong to it. And it belongs to you. Forever.
Five stars. But be warned: the craving never leaves.“

“My family has been going to this pizza place since the brothers were partners IYKYK.. we love the Gilroy and the Pesto with artichoke Pizza’s. Recently, my dad ordered a pizza and got home with the wrong one. He has a common name and there was a mix up with someone else’s order. Dad called and they said the next one was on them. Today was that day and they kept their word. Everyone that works there has always treated my family like family.. Thank you, David’s Pizza! You have fed four generations of the Champion family, and we love your Pizza!! -Jonas“

“I was in Stockton visiting a good friend. I was telling her about a pizza place in a nearby city. She recommended Eddie's. I picked one up on my way home. I was pleasantly surprised. A lot of topping. Very flavorful. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Stockton.“

“I don't post reviews often but at the other Eddie's on Waterloo, I had a bad experience with rude customer service so I decided to switch to the Hammer Lane location. They have a new team of employees and they are all so sweet and helpful and cheerful. When you walk in they greet you, they smile, they're friendly and they are fast. I've been there 3 times in the last two weeks. The pizza was incredible. Cooked to perfection. Kudos to their chefs and kitchen team. The food was served hot and it was prompt. They brought it out to us and were making sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant was well lit and had a nice atmosphere. Afterward, the young girl came by to see if they could clean up the table and they gave us a to-go box. Then another employee walked around, cleaning up the other tables and came over and asked if we needed anything. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. I'll gladly come back to this restaurant for our late night pizza cravings. This location is top tier and the new employees are excellent and friendly. The other employee staff are great too. I see different people when I go in at different times of the day. Before we left one girl came over and gave me a water cup to go, and I asked her if she was new and she said yes she was. She also told us how much she enjoyed working there and how much she liked her team. It's refreshing to see employees so caring and diligent in regards to their work. I'll definitely be back, and it's extra cool that this restaurant treats their employees well, especially with all the bad stories you hear about other restaurant chains and their issues with how they treat their employees. Great work, Eddie's Pizza!“
