Owner helpfully directed to some great northern sausage and a pork and noodle dish that was delicious. Duck curry also delicious. “Sooooo good!!! I had my reservations as I love Thai food and it’s hard to find Thai food as good as what you have in Thailand, but this place is it!! I don’t know where to start because everything was so good!! We had the pork jerky, prad ka prow with chicken & egg, phat see ew flat noodle, fried tofu, and the noodle soup- with egg noodle. The broth was delicious, the flavors very layered without being overwhelming, the ambience is very welcoming. As a family, we definitely would come back again. Next time, I’ll try the curry ❤️😌“

“Came here yesterday for the first time after visiting the Thai market across the street. We had a beef noodle soup and a Thai curry pizza, they were both really great! I think I'll like their marinara sauce pizza more because the onions were a looooot for me. But if you love onions, this is the place!!!The pizza dough and crust was just ? great. Soft, pillowy. Definitely recommended.The beef noodle soup was great too!!! The perfect touch of sweetness and spiciness. Super flavorful. And the folks here were super welcoming and nice! “OMG this place is fire. Don't judge the restaurant by the exterior. It truly is a hole-in-the-wall, hidden gem. I was losing hope in LA restaurants (we're visiting from NorCal) but this was honestly the best Thai food I've ever had! We tried the Panang Curry with Tofu and the Drunken Noodles with Tofu. EXCELLENT VEGETARIAN OPTIONS!! Everything tasted homemade, authentic, and most of all, FRESH! I can't wait to return and try other dishes :)“

“Bro.. just moved to the area early this year, my partner and I decided to find a lunch spot close by. Looked at reviews and decided to give this spot a try. WHAT?! Hidden gem!! The service- server was super friendly, helpful, and super quick!, Thai tea slapped! (Must get), zap wings - I do think need a sauce so we are taking home to create our own, fried chicken (GET THIS! Moist, but crunchy and soooo yummy, papaya salad(my partner said in her 33 years on earth this is the #2 all time best papaya salad she’s ever had(#1 is her moms), mango sticky rice was perfect- will be coming back for JUST this sometimes 😂
Oh yea I got yellow chicken curry to go so I’ll report later how that is 😂

You must MUST try this place.
It’s very small only 4 tables inside, so it was perfect daytime lunch date spot. Shit my partner and I were talking about which coworkers we were bringing here next 😂

Super clean inside. Seems like a lot of afternoon parking in the lot it’s in, not sure about night.

“Roasted Duck is better than most of the Chinese ones to the east. The duck is tender and well marinated, juciy. They give you extra sauce and dont waste a single drop for they are good for any rice and noodle dishes. The potion is definitely on the small side, $25 duck & rice is barely enough.“

We loved the duck pad see eu and the off menu fish curry. And the cup of soup was a huge meal sized portion.

As we packed up our food to go we were offered extra curry sauce: 10 stars!

My boyfriend likes his food spicy. He ordered the cup of soup and the fish curry spicy and they were both hot enough for him. Huge win. We will be back. And they are open until midnight.“

Khao Soi and Boat Noodle are specialty dishes and not always on the menu in your local Thai restaurant but this place has the best I've tasted. “Tub Tim Siam on Hillhurst is a small, family-owned Thai restaurant with a lot of heart. It’s run by a really sweet older lady who takes care of everything herself, so the service is very slow — but worth the wait if you’re not in a rush. The food was really good, with the Pad Thai being a highlight. The mango sticky rice was absolutely amazing, probably one of the best I’ve had. First is Tom Kha Gai, the coconut soup, and second is Nuea Nam Tok, a beef salad that requires grilled and ground rice to make properly. Many restaurants miss this critical ingredient. Thai Victory nailed both dishes to the point that they earn the title Authentic. I would recommend this restaurant without regret. They've earned their rating.“

The food was outstanding — full of flavor, well-cooked, and served in generous portions. We ordered Pad See Ew, Khua Kai, Wonton Soup, Crispy Pork with Chinese Broccoli, and the Yellow Curry. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. It easily fed our family of four, and we still had plenty of leftovers to take home.

If you’re craving truly authentic Thai food, this spot is definitely worth a visit. There was plenty of street parking available, and they also have additional parking behind the restaurant, which is super convenient.
