The fantastic meat quality is a highlight, with cuts prepared from visible meat fridges. Popular orders include Beef Combo B, featuring melt-in-your-mouth brisket, boneless galbi, and a highly recommended marinated "monster" short rib. They also offer a medium intestine combo, 항정살 (pork neck), 막국수 (buckwheat noodles), and off-menu items like beef tongue. Meats are juicy and tasty, though some note the quality is slightly inferior to comparable high-end restaurants.
The service is consistently described as better than fantastic, with professional, friendly, and attentive servers. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, help with menu choices, proactively accommodate requests, and frequently check on tables. The atmosphere is a typical authentic Korean joint, decently spacious with a grill at each table, but not overly fancy.
