“I've been coming here for over a decade since I was a young student at Blacow Elementary school which is right near here. I am still coming here as a soon to be college graduate. This place is genuinely the best in Fremont when it comes to donuts, coffee, and breakfast sandwiches. The staff is kind and very hard working and the service is quick too. Prices are also fair and the atmosphere and vibe from this place brings me nostalgia. Props to the family who owns this place. If you are living in Fremont or in the surrounding areas, I highly recommend you drop by and try their stuff. This is the best you're gonna get!“

“While the surrounding city changed & evolved, this gem is still a time capsule of the 90s. Family owned for over 30+ years. My late father owned this shop with his brother, Tony, who still runs it today. They were refugees of the Khmer Genocide back in the late 70s. While all the trendy donuts are fun, I hope yall get to shop local for some OG donuts and support one of the few mom/pop donut shops that are still operating! 🥳“

“Stop what your doing and visit Heritage Bagel now. Was visiting the Pleasanton area and saw the Donut sign from the street as I was passing by. I did a u-turn to see if they could fulfill my craving for a egg and cheese jalapeño bagel. Walked in and was greeted with two bright beautiful smiles and loud good mornings. That actually made my day because not many business greet u with genuine happiness when you walk in. I asked the lady if they could make a egg and cheese jalapeño bagel. She smiled and said of course. 5 minutes later I'm eating the best tasting and most fresh jalapeño bagel sandwich ever. The jalapeño bagel was lightly toasted with a soft heavenly crunch. The cheese was melted to perfection and the egg to top it off ? If you are in the area stop by for this bomb breakfast. Even if you aren't in the area still stop by. It's well worth it. I didn't get the lady and gentleman name that greeted me and assisted me. But I'm sure they will be there to welcome you with their bright beautiful smiles and loving good morning.

I wouldn’t get anything with their extra rich milk in it - I love that it’s organic milk (which is why I wanted to try this place) but it was very heavy tasting. “My daughter and I went because I was craving BoBa and there it was.Nice clean restaurant.We where greeted by a young guy working behind the register.We placed our order on a kiosk it was easy and fast.We got our drinks they where so esthetic and delicious. We both asked for less sugar and they where.Also the mochi donuts where also delicious.The ambience was chill.Customers came and went.They do have alot of business but they are quick.will definitely come back!“

“I ordered original popcorn chicken (spicy) and a cookies and cream brown sugar milk tea (25% sweet) with boba. The boba was good, but the tea was still quite sweet, so will order 0% next time. The chicken was dry and chewy, so I got tired of it about halfway through and will save the rest for later.
There seemed to be only 1 staff member who was nice enough. Clean space and cute decor (very pink!), which I appreciated.“

“The creme brulee desserts are on the sweeter side. The ube one is the most balanced sweetness-wise. The mango and original one are okay, but a little too sweet for my tastes. The oroginal comes with cookie crumble at the bottom, while the mango and ube come with a coconut creme at the bottom. The price for each is under $10. The customer service is friendly, fast, and curtious!“
